This company took my money readily enough when the kit was ordered - but then did not communicate with me about whether they were processing the order or when it would be delivered. I have tried contacting them through their website form but they still have not offered any date of delivery. They claim they cannot communicate with me through Hotmail - I now wonder if this is because Hotmail knows this is a really shoddy company. I pointed out that as the ordered kit was a non-arriving birthday present, and I had to purchase another kit for my grandson, I did not really want the TotalSports order. They finally managed to email back that they would charge 25% of the kit costs if I cancelled. Still no kit, still no sign of when delivery might occur, and I have no idea of the quality of the kit that will eventually arrive. I guess it is on a slow boat from China and I am being charged twice the price of a fake kit - I hope that guess proves wrong. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. I purchase through the internet regularly and have never had such poor service before. Alfie's Nan.
DOn't be fooled by the wait - when your kit arrives it is awful - letters peeled off on first wash - and that was the main logo not my sons name. Should be shut down - can't believe I fell for the scam.
Delivery could have been quicker, but with the saving on the kit with the free printing it was worth the wait.

I bought a kit for my son for his Birthday, 3 weeks before, it arrived about 6 weeks after. Everytime i contacted the company i got sarcastic standard form letter rsponse stating that it says clearly on their website how long it takes. Well if you call clearly having to be redirected from the main web page twice before you can read up on this then yes. When the kit arrived io know it says replica but dont take the p155, it has no collar on it, just a folded floppy bit of material, 30 degree wash FIRST ONE AT THAT, the number on the back had wrinkled, wash 2,30% of the lettering had peeled off, wash 3, well put it this way i bought him another kit. Absolute rip off, my most stupid purchase online ever.
I was ordering a shirt for my nephew and I ordered the shirt in what I thought was a timely manner.
It took 3 days to get an order confirmation. A further 5 days to say the order was being processed and by day 14 I decided to contact them to find out what what going on?
Well, I got a very delayed response - then an email condescendingly pointing out "you should read the delivery notifications that state 7-10 working days for the order and then a further 5-10 working days for delivery - in all you should prepare for a 28 working day turn around."
I tried to further say that these are surely guidelines - oh no, I was informed "we are not a UK-based as stated on the website" then a justification on that fact as to why they take so blooming long and also the reason I went with them over other companies was because they cheaper - which they were not.
Customer service is clearly lacking in this organisation and for a company that I can order from in the depth of Africa can get an item to me in 14 days is unacceptable for this company to stand behind a) lack of communication and b) lack of customer interface/service skills.
Do not buy from these arrogant people again - I most certainly will not

Ordered a kit end of march and now almost June and it hasn't arrived! I had been chasing it for weeks before giving up and demanding a refund. They replied promptly to say a refund will be issued but have now ignored 5 further emails where I've asked when I will get my money! Am reporting to trading standards and action fraud!
This kit finally arrived 10 weeks after order. By this time I'd now bought the lad an official kit from Nike and I'm glad I did.The Kit from total sports is absolute rubbish.It's all out of shape, the colours are completely wrong(FC Barcelona) and the name and number on the back are at the bottom of the shirt not the top!
I'm not going to bother sending it back for a refund as I doubt i'd get one anyway!

I made a purchase from this company recently to buy my 2 sons a Barcelona kit each. After placing the order I then found bad reviews and realised that the kits they supply are not legitimate but fakes! I contacted them to cancel the order but the only way I could do this was by using the contact form on the website. They did cancel the order but BE WARNED! They charge a 25% restocking fee! I decided to take the hit as I would prefer to loose £15.28 rather than pay £61.09 for some fake rubbish! They did get back to me and say that refunds would be processed within 14 working days. This time frame has now past and I am still waiting for my refund. I am now in contact with my bank to obtain the refund for me. Until you read the small print in their terms and conditions, there is nothing to say on the website to say that the kits are fakes, that they are based in Bangkok and with regards to 25% restocking fee. Please do not get caught out! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This appears to be a fraudulent company! I placed an order almost three months ago and too date have not received the item despite the money being taken from my bank account. When I emailed a few weeks later I was promised a replacement delivery within the week but this did not arrive. I've emailed twice thereafter but am being blatantly ignored. I've now contacted my bank who refunded my money immediately and will be taking this matter up legally. If you've paid by credit card it's easier to get your money back. I think that with Debit cards, you can only obtain refunds of purchases between £100 - £1000. So I advise contacting your bank if your orders are not delivered. They will authorise a 'charge back'. It's very important that we try and bring all 'rogue traders' to justice.
After waiting well over the estimated delivery time frame. The poor quality kit arrived, the top and shorts were different sizes, the stitching on the kit was very low grade as was the material. The additional badges we paid extra for were omitted from the kit and as if that wasn't bad enough, the extra we paid to have our four digit surname added to the shirt had been printed incorrectly. We emailed the company and returned the item at our cost for a refund. It has now been 5 months, I send an email every couple of weeks, but they still claim to have not received it!
Avoid this company or risk incredibly disappointed kids, like mine.
Ordered a chelsea kit for my son 2nd Feb, didn't come within the delivery time frame, emailed them, they asked to wait a further 5 more days and it's arrived today, my son loves it, happy child. Be prepared to wait 8 weeks if personalised.
Terrible service - 2 months later no sign of anything and a very upset boy at home who is still very hopeful. No replies to recent emails. Should have read previous reviews before ordering. Do not use them!
Where is the option to rate this company with zero stars. I will be reporting the company to Action Fraud because they are essentially defrauding people. In my case, I found this site after the suspicious order confirmation e-mail I received and requested a refund. I cancelled my order and was told I would get a refund, but nothing. If you are "lucky" enough to receive an e-mail from them, don't expect it to be either helpful, polite, or resemble any type of customer service.

I have read review concerning this business some are fine so I don, t know what as happened to the kit i orederd on the 5th dec 2014 purchased for my granson for Christmas I never received it I have email them more than ten time with no joy I was told I have to wait 40 days it is now two months and still no refund I, ama old age pensiner who can not afford to loss thirty pounds I have just email them again but I surpose I will not get a reply we wait make your own minds up to purchase items from them
This company are terrible. I have reported them to the trading standards agency. First of all, I ordered a shirt for christmas and it came 2 months later. During the 2 months I asked to cancel and for a refund, they did not cancel and said I had to pay £10 for a refund which I think is absolutely rediculous. They also were back-chatting me on my emails and saying I was wrong, yet 'the customer is always right'. Customer service of this company is appalling. Do not recommend buying from them unless you want a fake shirt and wait 2 months.
I give them no stars ordered my nephew a kit on 1st December it's now 12th January still not here what a joke this tin pot company are. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU REALLY DISLIKE SOMEONE AND WANT TO DISSAPOINT THEM! I also think the only people who rate themselves above 1 star are the company itself.
