I ordered a Man Utd kit for my grandson and a man Utd top for my son in law n October 2015. They advised my order was on the way and would receive within 15 days. I then emailed to say the goods hadn't arrived and on sending my 5th email they replied asking what item was missing. I replied back advising none of the order has arrived and wanted a full refund but since then have not heard anything. I have sent them over 40 emails and messages on there website but have not had a reply or a refund. I dont know what else to do as they ignore my messages. I certainly wont be ordering from here again and neither will any of my family. If you get your kit great but if there is a problem they dont care
I ordered a Barcelona kit for my son, took ages to arrive and when it did they had sent out a shirt and shorts that, although said age 7-8 inside, were more like age 15-16. I have emailed the company numerous times between October and now including sending photos of the purchased kit next to another 7-8 Barcelona kit to show the size difference however have had my emails ignored. The lack of communication or willingness to resolve this issue which is their mistake is appalling and I have reported this company to trading standards.
I would recommend this website and will certainly be buying again. The kids shirts came quickly and printing was as asked for.

Having purchased 2 kits for my kids half term holiday I was a little worried they would not arrive in time after reading some of the reviews on here. I was wrong to worry. The order arrived (with printing on both kits) within 1 week of ordering and I am delighted with the football shirts.
Only reason I did not give 5 stars was they didnt answer my email query within the 48 hours they say they would.
Order arrived within 5 working days. Very efficient service and exceptional customer service. I made a slight mistake with the order and I emailed them the next day asking to change it. This was done quickly and I still received it on time.

Having read some of the reviews on this site I was worried that I would not receive my order. I sent TotalSports an email to put my mind at rest and received a prompt response saying my order would be with me within 10 days. In fact it was delivered within 8 and that was with printing.
I cannot fault their service or communication. The kits are very good quality.
I will be back next season to buy more!
I ordered two kits, one Real Madrid and the second a Arsenal away kit. After the placing my order I received an email to say please allow upto 28-35 days for delivery and money would not be taken until the order was shipped. I only reviewed the comments after ordering and was worried I would be stung for the money and never receive the kits. I can not fault their communication, I got an email when it was being processed/packing/shipped/delivered. My kits were delivered on Friday 23rd October and can not be happier and just wished I had ordered a couple more.
I ordered a kit 2 and half months ago, it came today, after the first one sent out didnt come, they sent another one, first class ($#*!ing pish), still didnt come on its arrival date and I kept sending emails asking them a refund cause it was $#*!ing ridiculous. They replied once but it was a long time before, before i sent 8 emails asking again and again for a refund immidiately. No replies. I got the shirt in the end, great value of money but you have to complain the hell out of them to get what you paid for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS SITE, STAY FAR AWAY, GET IT SHUT DOWN
As like most people, I work hard for my money and the site have stolen it from me! Been waiting a month so far, not even dispatched, what a load of s**t. The have messed with the wrong customer and will get this site shut down! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
