Poor quality of product

The quality of the jerseys are very poor, after a few months the Barcelona jersey I bought the logo on the from started to come off and the seam at the shoulder gave way. They are cheap for a reason. Better paying the extra and getting a genuine jersey.

This company, and I use that word loosely, are thinly disguised thieves.
Ordered my son's Arsenal kit in August, it's now mid November and nothing. Communication with this company is appalling, they simply do not care.
If you want to use Total sports, cut out the middle man and throw your money in the bin!

PS would have given them no stars if it was an option.

I would advise avoiding using this deeply suspect and highly suspect website. I wrongly assumed this company were UK based and the website seemed legit. However, they appear to be based in Asia and delivery is hence 30 days for personalised items. I ordered on 28/09 and chased the order when it had not arrived in time for my son's birthday on 15/10. I received confirmation that I "should" receive it within a couple of days on 12/10... still waiting and feel doubtful the shirt will arrive within the 30 days the website advises. The responses to my emails were downright rude, aggressive and quite shocking. This guy actially pointed me to the use of "should" as not being a concrete guarantee! He said they are reliant on various postal services and when they have to investigate why things go missing the customer needs to be prepared to wait 40 working days before receiving a refund. I pointed out that it was very difficult to get in contact due to only having an email address... and that the company had exceeded the 48 hours return of contact they assure. He basically replied to say "don't order from us if you don't want to deal with us by email". I pointed out they don't make it clear enough on the site that they are not UK based and stated I was worried about comments online stating goods were counterfeit. When I referred to my intentuin to contact UK Trading Standards he replied to the effect they have no power over an international business. Honestly, this guy sounds a complete cowboy, an utter tool. He made no apology for the delay and left me with no confidence that I would receive a refund. I am bitterly disappointed

Absolute joke!

I have received my sons football strip which cost me £40. It is a fake. The quality is shocking. Is it not a crime to have the authentic label on it when it is not? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Complete scam!

Don't buy from these guys.

Over 30 days and still no kit. They kept stringing me along asking for more time. As soon as I said give me a refund they stopped answering my emails.

Price seems reasonable but trust me it's not worth the hassell.

A snippet of the helpful customer service you will enjoy from these fraudsters! DO NOT USE unless your happy to have fake goods!

1. All businesses have terms and conditions. Using the argument that no one reads them is a cop out and we both know it.
I suppose you use that argument with you bank when they do something you do not agree with and refer to you to their terms and conditions?
If you fail to read it how can you possibly complain later?

2. The kit you purchased was £26.99 and is very much still this seasons kit. For your information Ashley, a genuine Barcelona kids kit with printing will set you back over £55, so yes, it is quite a saving!

3. Having been trading for over 9 years, yes, we have *******'s of customers who love our kits and come back to purchase again and again. You state you do not want replica goods but emailed us earlier to say your fake socks ordered from eBay arrived. What was it you said; "(no one knows real or REPLICA socks right)"?
You are slightly contradicting yourself in every email you send us aren't you?

4. You have wrote a review about our website, of course it is our business. We merely asked why you used a fake name, hardly threatening!

You need not bother replying it is clear we will not agree. Simple advice for you in future;

READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PAY THE RRP!

This business is a complete scam. They take your money and you receive nothing but unprofessional, provocative emails to say that they have your money and you can do nothing about it.

They are not UK based and are in Korea.

Please think very carefully before giving this business any of your money.! They breach contract, steal your money and behave like con artists.

This business has been reported to UK Trading standards. I urge others to do the same when they have the same issues.

I have retained all emails to/from this business, I sent in in excess of 50 in total in relation to my order on the 1st March. As at 15th may- They still have my money, have sent nothing and won't refund or respond to emails now.

WARNING. STAY AWAY

This is the email they sent me after I said I was going to report their site for selling fake goods:

Do it and see what happens. Remember we have all your details; name, address, telephone number, email, bank information, card information.

We see the review, what you have failed to mention is that it is clearly stated on the website that all kits are unofficial. It's also reflected in the price. We would advise that if you want an official football kit you may want to pay the RRP, rather than trying to save money!

Perhaps a couple of reviews about our dealings with you as a customer is in order. When you google your name in a few days you will be able to find them.

Please refrain from emailing us in the future.

A COMPANY TO BE AVOIDED!
I purchased a kids football kit, it did't arrive, I chased, they said they'd send another out, that didn't arrive either, 6 weeks after my first order. I emailed for a refund, they ignored my request. They have no telephone number to ring them. I ended up contacting my bank who refunded me.
