I ordered the new 2017/18 Barcelona home kit just before it was released and received it today. The kit is perfect and the printing as ordered.
Just waiting for the away kit to come out and I will be back. Highly recommend them!

I placed an order on may 6th and have not received it to date. I spoke with a really disgusting guy named billy and he informed me my item had been dispatched on may 22nd and could take up to 7 working days. 7 working days were up last Friday and they told me to wait until Monday which I did. Now I have told them I have not received the product and they informed me that Royal Mail have stated the item was delivered. Billy has refused to give me any information on the delivery so I can trace it up. Not only just that but he has made nasty racial comments about my ethnicity. He claims I am a scammer because I placed a billing address for my card details and put a different delivery address with a different name. I did this as a family meme we who is not working at the moment and has extra time on their hands agreed for me to send it to then as I am never in during the day to accept the delivery. This isn't actually out of the ordinary. Billy has also used my contact details that I supplied the company for the order to google me to get some information on me not only that he has stated as my surname is of Nigerian background that I am a scammer as that's how Nigerians make their money. Absolutely shocking that a company like this can still be trading but not for long. Billy is going to have a lot of explaining to do as I have all the correspondence via email. Do not order from such despicable people who claim to run an honest company

Still waiting...

I ordered a Ronaldo kit on 27th march and I am still waiting. I have emailed several times and received short replies from Billy. He referred me to the Ts and Cs on the website which I thought was odd, rude and not the sort of customer service I am used to. I have obviously led a sheltered life! The kit was cheap but not cheaper than other outlets as it is the end of the season so everyone has reduced their prices or has limited stock. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them, I have one very disappointed 7 year old at the moment. Avoid them!

Shoddy dodgy company

Ordered a Ronald shirt on 21st march and still waiting for it to arrive as of 22 no April.
As soon as I asked for a refund my emails are ignored, total shambles!
Do not buy from this company as Disappointed is all you'll be left with! You have been warned...

I looked everywhere for this kit but no where had it in the size I needed. I took a gamble as had not used or heard of TotalSports but I am delighted with what I received.
Highly recommended if you need printing as they do it for free.

Absolute joke of a company-I ordered-received no confirmation of my order so after a week chased it up was told it would take up to 30 days! (Really!) billy is the rudest person I've ever dealt with and needs some lessons in customer service! I can assure you this company won't be trading for much longer!

I ordered a children's football kit along with a hoodie as the prices were too good to be true. I started to worry after reading some online reviews but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and wait.
My ordered arrived within the time Billy stated and I am delighted. Excellent quality and the printing on the football kit is perfect.
I would have no issue recommending TotalSports.

I ordered a Chelsea football kit with name and number (Hazard/10) on 7th March, it says on their website if it's not a popular player and number it can take up 7-10 days to get it printed, so fair enough, it could've taken till 17th March to get it printed but I'd expect Hazard to be a popular player. In my opinion the kit is a good fake as it says it's produced in Thailand and if you look on the Adidas website it's produced in China and also the shorts are missing the 'climacool' label on the back right which the ones I received don't have. It's a very good fake but it's definitely a fake! I know that I was mistaken by the cheap price but other legitimate website had their shirts reduced and it didn't occur to me that it might be a fake as it seemed a legitimate website. However, they business attire is shocking as they blatantly lied to me in an email about when my package was dispatched. They confirmed that my package was dispatched on 13th March but only received it today and the stamp confirms it was only dispatched yesterday 20th March.
If you want a genuine product then buy from legitimate online shops, i. E. Adidas, Chelsea Megastore, JD Sports or Sports Direct.
I wouldn't buy from them again.

We ordered our sons kit in early February in time for his birthday in March. Not only did it arrive 3 weeks late after his birthday the kit was clearly not genuine and a copy. When I disputed this with the company they said read the terms and conditions as the shirts are not geuine beands. Which is totally wrong as the home page gives u the wrong impression. Stay well clear and buy genuine kits from sports direct and save the hassle of cheep replicas which i belive are being shipped in from abroad hence the late delivery times.

£25 for an Arsenal Home Kit (excluding socks) this would be around £75 direct from Arsenal or another 'legit' company. And free printing. How are people complaining. The site points out that they are not genuine kits and really people, do you think you will get the same quality for a third of the price? Quality is good, not perfect but another 'genuine' kit direct from the Arsenal shop is starting to peal on one of the logos so for a third of the price can't go wrong. My son knows its not the real thing and isn't bothered about it. It looks good.

I ordered a shirt for my sons 10th birthday. I placed my order on 9th Jan 2017. It is now 20th Feb and still no sign of my order. I chased before his birthday and was told it had been sent, changed again and was told a replacement would be sent, then told it had been sent, later told there was an issue printings and it hadn't been sent, again told one has been sent but guess what? Still waiting! I have asked for a refund but my emails are ignored.

Order my son the spurs shirt 8 days ago sent 3 email and only just got a reply telling me there was a backlog and I should of seen that when ordering, but it did not say that at all it said in stock! So there for my sons shirt will be another week! So please do not make the same mistake as I have DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Also on reading other comments the shirts are fake if so I will be reporting them and claiming my money back!

Shocking company to deal with ordered a real Madrid strip on 12 January for my sons birthday. They told me that the processing time is 7 - 10 days which gave me plenty of time. I'm still waiting and have had to buy a replacement as his birthday is today. When I asked for a refund they said that their delivery time is 30 days (I have the e mail they sent telling me 7 -10 days) They have also threatened to charge all costs of a dispute with my credit card to me if I open one.

Stay well clear of this website. I ordered a football shirt from them at the beginning of December I emailed on the 21st to be told that it wouldn't be here in time. I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. After exchanging several snotty emails, I eventually had this reply

This is one of the most useless online shop what I ever deal with
Save money and your time!
I placed order in November, Christmas present for my son now is middle of January and I still didn't get parcel or refund. Just shame there is not option for -10 stars because they would definitely get it for the service what they providing!

Several emails later I am unconvinced that they intend to deliver.
We shall see how the refund request goes but I am not holding my breath.

Never ordering again

I placed an order on the 25th of November, it's taken them until today to actually deliver my under. I understand it's Xmas and its busy etc. But I paid for next day delivery (after I phoned them and asked for this) too. I emailed countless amounts of times and was told 3-7 working days for next day delivery, not sure why this is. 7 days later, my parcel had still not even been dispatched, they then told me it would be here Tuesday, no parcel, then Friday/Saturday nothing, it eventually arrived today. And when I emailed them to say it wasn't fair and I wanted my money back for my next day delivery they pretty much laughed me off and told me to have a nice Christmas. Awful customer service. Spend an extra few quid and order from somewhere you know. Never ordering again.
