Ordered my son a Barcelona kit 4 weeks before his 9th birthday, thinking that would be plenty of time, considering I was paying £4.95 for postage. The order took over 9 weeks to arrive. Despite numerous emails I received no explanation as to why the kit was so delayed. When it finally arrived, it was a counterfeit kit and, while my son didn't notice its a fake, I was extremely disappointed with both the service and the product. I got sucked in by a decent website with very competitive prices. In hindsight I wish I had just spent the extra £10 to get the kit from someone reputable.

His website is selling fake cheap product from Asia, despite the appearance of an officially endorsed website with the likes of Messi plastered across it do not get sucked in. I looked at the bad reviews but the price was appealing and I thought I would take a chance, this was a big mistake. It appears to be UK based as my credit card was debited from London however they then submit the orders to a supplier in Asia. When I wanted to return my item due to the poor quality I was told I would need to send it to Thailand at my cost. It then took 2 months and probably a dozen emails to get my money back. There is also no number to call to speak to anyone and when I threatened to complain to trading standards I was told they do not care as they are no UK based. Please just avoid! If you get caught out like I did please also report to *******@nike.com

Ordered a shirt 10 days before Christmas. Emailed the company as the shirt hadn't arrived to be told they won't be delivering until after the holidays. There was no mention of this when ordering.

Repeated emails to the company asking for a refund have been ignored, to then be told the shirt has been dispatched. Over 2 weeks later, no shirt has been delivered and all emails are being ignored. Their terms and conditions are also laughable. No direct contact available as they have no phone number.
This site needs reporting.

I must admit I was sceptical too due to the reviews but in my experience I have had nothing but prompt and caring customer service. The kits with the printing do take longer to come then ordering from the football club shop but look at the price you are paying. The kits wash really well. Clare was professional throughout. The messi kit received today before 1pm as she said. I have had a good experience and would use again without hesitation.

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
Ordered a full kit for my sons birthday and paid the extra for his name on the back... over a month later still no kit and birthday has long gone.
I have had rude replies from their Customer Service Dept which I have sent to Trading Standards along with the full details.
I urge EVERYONE on here to get in touch with Trading Standards regarding these robbers, its the quickest way to getting them shut down!

Do not expect to get anything ever form this mob! Customer service is so Rude it is quite funny. I am not even going down the avenue of requesting a refund. It is bad enough asking them to deliver a product. Ordered a kit 25/9/17 - to date Nothing, 18 days in! - DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR DELIVERY PROMISE OF 7-10 DAYS. THIS JUST ENTICES YOU TO PURCHASE. BECAUSE AFTER THE 7-10 DAYS, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE (RUDE PERSON) CITES THEIR WEBSITE OF 30 DAYS! - Clearly shipping in the goods from the FAR EAST.! More than likely (Snide / Fake /) - I ASSURE EVERYONE I WILL WAIT FOR MY REAL MADRID KIT TO ARRIVE AND TAKE IT TO AN OFFICIAL OUTLET AND GET IT RATED AS TO QUALITY, VALUE AND WHETHER IT IS OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE BEFORE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE UK TRADING STANDARDS..

AVOID this website at all costs. You will wait forever for your strips. More so their customer services are nothing short of discusting! They personally insult you and can not give you any accurate information on when your order will arrive. I am a frequent online shopper & have never delt with anything like this in my life. As other customers have said... stick to JD Sports, sports Direct or other well known shops. I only wish I had read these reviews before purchasing!

Hi ordered a Liverpool kit for my son with printing picture was if the new kit etc obviously didn't look at all the terms and conditions as thought was a legit company anyway got to checkout and came through error on completion so checked the details and tried again same message. Thought I'll just go get it from town tomorrow as my sons birthday was couple
Of days after to which o had no email stating order processed or order confirmed etc but two payments had come out of my bank even though there was no order confirmation. Said I'd get a refund for one still not got it also said my kit would be here still not got it no telephone number or anything and when asked do not reply this company also sell fake goods aswell as rip people off surely this is illegal and the fact you cannot contact them via telephone or apparently iCloud emails don't come through blah! Blah

I ordered a Chelsea kit for my Grandsons birthday, I sent 4 Emails to Totalsports asking when I was going to receive the kit, I ordered 2 weeks before his birthday, each time I was told my order is being processed, finally 2 days before his birthday I received an Email from totalsports cancelling my order, no reason given, no apology nothing, I had to tell my Grandson he would not b getting his kit & I now have to get it from somewhere else, absolutely disgraceful company, I urge others not to use this company, use a more accredited company, to leave it so late before cancelling my order is unforgivable, USE ANOTHER COMPANY PLEASE.

The football kit was washed once and the writing came off. I waited 30 days for this... once washed I have emailed them filled a returns form in which states they will refund if faulty. NO RESPONSE
