Extremely poor quality and clearly fake products. Took over a month since I ordered to be delivered. I now have a very upset 7 year old nephew as not only was his present late for his birthday, it is also complete rubbish. This website should be shut down!

This was the first jersey I ever bought, glad it was a chelsea one. Fit me very well it was definitely worth it.

I bought 4 kits for my 2 kids. After I had ordered I read some of these reviews and started to worry. I contacted TotalSports for some assurance that I would receive what I had ordered.
They arrived last week, and after my kids wearing them for a week solid, I am more than happy. Delivery was in line with what they say on the website, so just allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and it will all be ok.
I will be buying some more for xmas!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with the kits are not replicas the colour is very different to the original they are not interested in your complaints and not helpful I have to return faulty item at my own expense and doubt I will get a refund please please do not use this company the kits are nothing like the pictures look elsewhere I would give 0 stars but you have to give at least one star but they do not even deserve this

They are thieves, ordered 2 Arsenal shirts, replica means they are similar not totally different from original, sent back recorded delivery for refund less re-stock fee and still after a month nothing, no reply to email etc. Now ready to instruct bank that unauthorised payment came out

We don't want to give one star but there is no option for zero stars. As others have said - do not buy from this terrible site. My son received his new season Chelsea kit (one month after ordering) in size 9-10 years, however it is a fake and more like a size 12-13 years. I don't hold out any hope for a refund, but will try.

Please never ever order from this website, listen to me. They are all fakes and bad quality. The reviews with 5 stars are just as fake as the kits. Do not be disappointed and order from here as you will be left with fake kits and no way to get a refund as just refuse. When speaking to customer services they just spoke to me like I didn't have a clue and make you feel very angry and even at one point laughed at me with lol on my e-mail when questioned them. My child is very upset after buying him two full Chelsea kits in two colours. The Samsung writing is very small, the badges are sewn in ones and the neck has buttons instead of poppers. Delivery took seven weeks to top it off.

This website should be removed and I hope it does before anyone loses anymore money.
Please save a few more pounds and buy from a top sports company.
