I too ordered a real Madrid kit for my sons birthday about 4 weeks before his b`day in April. Unfortunately it took about 6 weeks to come but if Id read their Ts&Cs I should have allowed 8 weeks. Anyways kit arrived with personalised name and has been worn every other day since. Now in August its still in great condition unlike the official real Madrid socks which cost over £25 alone which have holed. I will defo order more kits but will allow 12 weeks in future just to be sure

In my opinion the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 kits for my sons birthdays on the 13th June. It is now the 4th of August and they are nowhere to be seen. After reading other reviews on this site I looked at there website in detail and to my disapointment the kits are also fakes. I have contacted them about a refund and they are refusing to give me one saying they will reprocess my order instead which I told them time and time again I didn't want them to do. I suspect the positive reviews on here to be very questionable as they are written in a condesending matter.

I am sorry I don't have the option to give Nil stars but this is what they deserve. Placed an order with a request for delivery by 10th July - 2 weeks away. Sequence of good communications but 10th July went and passed no goods. Wrote to them and got a very curt note stating the T&Cs. They had accepted my order and taken my money but that seemed to have no bearing against their T&Cs. Anyway I was promised it would be dispatched on the 12th July (which an email confirmed it was) and delivery would be 5/10 working days after. 14 days after no goods and zero satisfaction. This company is awful and having now found the comments on Site Jabber I realise that I have been scammed by a pretty useless operation trading in sub standard goods. I doubt they will react to this but I will report to Trading Standards for investigation.
Since posting this I have notification the order was returned by Hong Kong mail as undelivered. This was 15 days after it was dispatched apparently. I cancelled the order but have had a tirade of abusive emails from the owner and no refund. My advice is to stay well away from this company.
Interestingly also since I posted this a whole series of positive reviews have appeared on this site. Curious is it not!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Fake kits that are very poor quality and take ages to arrive. The kits displayed show official kits but if you look at the terms and conditions, which unfortunately I only did after I had ordered, it says photos are only representative and that the merchandise is not official. In other words really cheap, really poor fakes. The material was terrible, the stitching awful and the authentic kit badges had the same numbers! Disregard all of the reviews that give them any stars as they must from the people who own the site. AWFUL. TRULY AWFUL.

I am sorry to say but all these reviews on here stating that they have received fast and great service with total sports MUST be working for the company!
As this is the worst site I have ever ordered from and would not recommend anyone bother ordering from this company.
I ordered a kit for my son's Birthday (3rd July), I placed my order on the 23rd June in plenty of time I thought, but no 4 weeks on I still have no kit. Like many other people on here I have contacted them via e-mail many times and all I get is to read the website for delivery times. This is now taking the p**s! I have asked for a contact number but they don't reply.
I really need to get a refund and if this isn't done I will be taking this further!
I don't know how they are still in business?

Not only does it take weeks and weeks to get your kit, the quality is extremely poor. If you contact customer services they are unbelievably rude to you. So all in all poor customer service, lousy delivery times and rubbish quality. Don't buy from this supplier. Any review leaving this supplier more than 1 star must be a fix, it's probably the rude man from customer services trying to make himself feel better by leaving himself positive feedback! Let's face it no one else would! Save your money and go somewhere reputable.

I ordered a kit for my son on the 18th May 2014 and as of the 15th June it still hasn't arrived. After numerous e-mail questioning delivery I was finally told on the 5th June it had been 'shipped'. Having chased this on the 13th June I was told it was being shipped airmail and the the website clearly says 5-10 days delivery. I cannot help but feel it is being shipped directly from some factory in the developing world... I question whether it will be genuine! Please read the small print on the website as they hide behind it (i. E. 5-10 days to process, 5-10 days for delivery etc.). My gut feel is they don't hold stock and wait until they have a large number of orders and place this on the factory. My advice is purchase elsewhere or expect a long delay between ordering and delivery... get your Christmas orders in now! I will report back whether the strip appears to be genuine.

I ordered 4 childrens football kits for my kids so they could support England during the World Cup. I was starting to worry after reading some of these reviews, and delivery was longer than I thought, but that was my fault as I did not read the delivery times they quote on their website.
The order arrived this morning and my kids will be thrilled. Excellent kits, all with their own names and numbers.
I will 100% use TotalSports again.

I ordered a football kit, a month ago tomorrow, for my son's 8th birthday - needless to say, his birthday has come and gone and no sign of the kit. I have contacted them three times by email as there is no other way to get in touch with them - no telephone numbers. The first time they replied saying I would have it by Friday, 30th May at the latest but here we are a week later and nothing. They haven't bothered replying to the other two emails. My Dad said to me yesterday that I should face facts and accept that I have been scammed. I feel so angry. Even if the kit were to turn up now, I would never buy from them again. The whole experience has been totally unacceptable. I would give this company no stars but unfortunately, I can't submit this review without a star so it gets one star purely for the sake of submitting this, but take it as definitely no stars!

Avoid this site! I waited for my item for about 2 months, upon contacting them it took lots of emails for them to reply. My item didnt arrive after the 2 months, I sent 3 emails before I recieved a reply from them, regarding a refund. They claimed they would refund me, weeks later my refund had still not came through, upon me emailing them a further 3 times I claimed I would be taking it further, only then did I recieve my refund. I have now today recieved a letter stating the item is being held at customs as the football shirt is a fake. Please be aware of this avoid this site at all costs!
