Toptal network gave me the freedom, how many hours per week I want to work, what type of projects I am interested in. I can test cutting edge technologies and work with experts in the area. For me, this is a dream come true.

I have joined toptal 6 months ago, and completed my first engagement last month with lasted nearly for 4 months. The entire team that I have engaged with so far, either talent coaching representatives or engagement matchers are quite responsive and helpful. Also the large number of projects listed in the platform daily is quite an opportunity.

Used to work since 2016, from startups to enterprise level. Also having hourly, part-time, full-time and long term positions.

All the clients I worked with were amazing and toptal makes sure to hear you and support you in case of need

Really enjoyed this project, tried a few new technologies I longed to try, and the client was communicating extremely well

It has been great working years with Toptal; I love how it works. My only suggestion here would be that the matcher should give us a review on how did we pitch cause at times we might get more template based or say rusted so keeping up with trends really helps us find gigs
