Hello! I want to share my opinion about working at Toptal. The UX of the site is very pleasant and all the processes are run smoothly. The only thing which I do not like and rated 4 stars is the fact that mostly job description have the same skill that I already have in my profile, but the are written in another form. E.g I have in my list "UI", the job description has "User Interface" and says that I am lacking one skill. Very discomforting experience when I add skills all the time with every job posting.

I see there are lots of people getting on boarded which is creating unnecessary chaos and the jobs are limited which degrades the hourly rates of candidates due to competition. I am worried if toptal will become like fiver. Please onboard the right (highly skill full) and limited candidates.
