I am definitely seeing more interviews with my new resume and I really appreciate the conversation with my expert! Such good feedback.

My Resume was done by Dan. After sending him an old one, he contacted me shortly thereafter with the first draft. I was so impressed by how great it looked and how professional it made me feel. He brought out my strength, not in a bragging way, but matter of fact. As I read each line of my new resume I felt he has done a superb job. The resume was written on the paper in a pleasing, follow me for more information way. Just looking at the finished product made me feel more confident. Thank you Dan for a job done extremely well.

Reviews looked ok so I spent $200 on a new resume. Their site has an autogenerating feature to set dates for 1.) Writer Assignment 2.) First Draft 3.) Next steps etc. In ALL cases the actual engagement was LATE. Then I start receiving messages from them stating "Sometimes these things happen and we get overloaded". Then, " We haven't forgotten about you!". Oh and my favorite." just wanted to let you know that I have your email and will get back to you within the next business day". Please note that all of these were in response to my e-mails stating "WHERE ARE YOU?"... "YOU ARE LATE AGAIN AGAINST TIMELINES THAT YOU SET. The Final One that I received, after a commitment to deliver in 24 hours was this one "Hi,Thank you for your message(s). Your writer is out of the office and will be back to work on your revisions on April 10. In such a case, your deadline will be extended by a few additional days so you have everything you need from your writer! Best, Alex. SUCH B.S. Please know that I am working to obtain a refund for "NOT Rendering Services". STAY AWAY.

I got a writer assigned a couple of days after I signed up. He prepared a resume and a cover letter based on the documents I provided, but the draft was slightly off the point. I'm glad I had a phone consultation where I could explain my complex career situation in detail. He provided many recommendations and ideas on using the new resume and explained why it is written the way it is. After that, we had a couple of rounds of corrections and improvements, and he usually responded pretty fast. The final result is quite good but I will have to do some tweaks to make it perfect.

My writer was accurate and efficient. She took my suggestions and made my resume look very professional.

This was a good experience and I am excited for what's to come with my new documents!

Worst company I have ever done business with. Do not hire them. You will absolutely 100% regret it. I purchased their top resume review service and paid 244.00 plus a 50.00 for a phone call. Immediately after my purchase, I tried to cancel the service because of the bad reviews I read online, and they did not respond to my email. They continued to ignore my emails asking to please cancel my request. They assigned a writer to my resume a week later. I asked, again and again, to please cancel, and they continued. My worst fear came true. They delivered a resume that was much worse than the one I submitted. I tried to dispute the charge. They finally agreed in writing to give me a refund minus a 75-dollar processing fee! However, the refund never came through. I filed a complaint with my credit card company. This company is a fraud.

I ordered the resume writing service, and was matched up with a writer. They requerested I not use Microsoft's review features, but instead write my revision requests inline using a different font/color. I followed the process, but the writer did not address comments from the first draft, to the fourth. The revisions had typo's, re-used the same word in a sentence, had duplicate sentences, downplayed major achievements, and mis-represented my experience.

They are supposed to match you with someone who knows your field, that obviously did not happen. The revisions made were less than an hours worth of work each time, yet the writer took several days between each revision, missing the deadline they set. When I realized they would never write a usable resume, I requested a refund, and was told I could be matched up with a new writer. I told them fine, but I needed a new revision within 48 hours. They responded back four days later say they had matched me up to restart the process, this is now a month after placing my order. I told them it is far too late, and I wanted a refund. They said it would take 1-2 business days.
A week later, no response, so threatened to open a dispute with my bank. They said they would give me a 50% discount. I sent them the resume I started using in last week, which included parts of their writeup as proof that almost nothing they had given me was usable. They responded with 60%, and I opened the dispute.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service. They have wasted hours of my time, provided at most 5% of what they promised. Their writers are unskilled in English, know nothing of software engineering, and don't seem to run their resume suggestions through ATS, which means your resume will likely never be seen by a human.

If you have decent grasp of English, know basic formatting, and use a site like jobscan, you'll do much better, and save money.

I was hopping to get more interviews with professional help, instead I get 0. Completely ghosted by employers. Not even Phone calls, not even invitation to complete test vs my old Resume written by me, I would get at least 1-2 calls per week.

I love the communication and feedback. I was very comfortable with the process and how professional it all was. Very quick to respond and open to hear my points of view.
