I recommend that after finishing working on resumes, they put the resumes through the ATS system so that clients can compare and contrast their resumes.

My writer was very helpful in gathering information and making sure my resume meets the eyes of potential employers. At first I thought my price was a bit steep, but I ordered because if it landed me a good job then it is worth it. I am happy that the basic package resume service includes the resume and cover letter. It took alittle while for a writer to get in touch with me, but once she did everything turned out great. My resume needed alot of work and the free resume critique helped me see what should stand out and how much work it actually needed.

When I started looking for jobs, I applied multiple companies online and got either rejected letters or just no response. I thought maybe my resume was not attractive enough for employers, so I registered the TopResume service online and they helped refine the format, rewrite the content. Now I started getting interview invitations. I am really happy.

I picked the package where I can get my cover letter, CV and linked in account edited. I am a project manager myself so I have to admit until I warned them my documents were still being written almost by past the due date. So, this is a red flag from my perspective. When it comes to charging, I am paying 300 USD and this is the service? I am sorry but I expect much better turnaroun and much more communication. I found the overall very average unfortunately. With 300 USD, one expect first of all an ownership of the task, smooth communication will help as well. Thanks!

Very easy experience to have my resume redone. I was apprehensive spending the money and if it would be worth it, plus I thought I had a pretty good resume from prior compliments. However, without getting lots of new feedback in my job search, I wanted to make my resume 'stand out' as so many do not get even looked at (from what I hear). The new formatting and wording from my writer were not even on my radar before I received it. I am very happy with the returned product. I was able to edit the Word doc and provide feedback for the writer to finetune more. It was an easy process and I'm happy overall. The only thing I wish I could have done was call the writer to save a it of time; apparently email is their policy.

The final work was very well written (resume and cover letter) but they gave me little time to review it.
The writer only sent me one draft because she got sick besides I told her that I could wait the time she needed.
Also I discovered that the cover letter draft was used on at least 3 other profiles. I commented that to the writer and she argued that she didn't know nothing about that because another person was in charge of the cover letters. She wrote another one which I think is unique for my profile.
The LinkedIn profile content is almost the same as the resume.
I suggest more communication and time with clients so we could finally get completely satisfied with the job done.

After my resume was finished, I applied to two jobs and received an interview for both. The only negative I would say is that the service is a bit pricey (but well worth it).

There are several packages to choose from and once you select and click the purchase button the fun begins. A response to begin the process begins within minutes. I answered a few questions, uploaded my latest resume then waited for them to select a resume writer. Within 24 hours my writer contacted me. Six days later I had my first draft. I had some questions, made some suggestions, and 1 day later I had the final product. The whole process was fast, efficient and effective. I love my new resume! I received the first contact with a recruiter and it was for something I would actually like... and it has nothing to do with selling insurance or telemarketing, not that those are bad, just not my choice. The document is editable so it can grow as my career grows.
