I was hesitant at first to utilize TopResume due to different reviews and the over various sites offering similar assistance at a comparable rate. Weighing the different options where a potentially stronger resume would open me to stronger opportunities I met my writer.
I could not be more pleased with the rough draft as it captured what I was trying to capture yet wasn't as successful. While writers may vary, I would recommend this company as there was constant communication to ensure I was the process was done smoothly.

I didn't get a single interview in the 60 day period. When I contacted them, they told me that I should have been applying to more jobs and that I should treat applying for a job "like a full-time job." That is hard to do when I work, go to school and have a family. They claimed that it was my fault for choosing the jobs I did because I "fall short as a candidate." Every job I applied for, I at the very least met the minimum qualifications. Super disappointed with their customer service. It wasn't worth the money.

Definitely worth the $100 some for a resume to COMPLETELY INCREASE your future career and income prospects. I HIGHLY recommend this service to every job hunter, ESPECIALLY THE ONES STARTING OUT - it should be required, in fact. I'm now thinking to myself, perhaps my resume writing is the reason I haven't been called upon so much, because my experience is unique and amazing.;)

The only issue I had was with the lack of proper and timely delivery of the product, and the communication between myself and the team. The writer herself (the 2nd one; i was waiting for the 1st one for a few days and no response) was AMAZING and responded favorably. Her work - out of this world! When I did complain, I wasn't really addressed; rather, i was told I would have a second writer, and that was that lol I didn't really push it, and I'm kind of okay with not, because, as I said, the final product floored my expectations, so even that was WAY WORTH IT.

So, the only issue was the customer service and professionalism w the issue above. They did make up for it by apologizing, assigning me the 2nd writer, and writing a free cover letter for me, which is a great extra resource to have.
Would I return? I would hesitate a bit bc I would worry I would have to go through a few days of awkward back and forth, but YES. I now believe I have one of the fiercest resumes alive! HAHA Even if they deliver a few days late, WHO CARES! THE PRODUCT IS FREAKING AMAZING!
