This company is a total scam. I was expecting a CV that would be better than mine and mine was not too bad. As I thought you can always tweak the language a little and give the whole thing a bit more power - key word optimisation and so on.
I expected somebody with an degree to write it. Instead I got somebody just our of nursery school. The language is a total disaster. It is not even worth waiting for a second draft, this is so wrong it will never be just ok.

I'm hoping that it will get better, but I was stunned by the gobbledygook that was submitted as a first draft. None of it makes sense, and it's apparent the writer doesn't have a clue about my industry, skill-set, or work. The language used is meaningless and made unintelligible by the excessive use of abstruse trendy terms and hyperbole. I seem to have been assigned fictitious skills and experience that on second glance were incomprehensible.

I really need help turning a 500$ top notch resume resume into something more down to earth and relatable as I really have to have a resume that can grow with me in my new life. First they could not find a resume writer for over a week. When I emailed them, they offered to write a thank you letter for FREE. A $50 dollar value. Well, who am i going to thank? I still don't have a resume. Then horror of horrors, my Mother dies and I rush to Louisiana be with my family. Then, I did get a writer but she then quit and the process started all over. When I FINALLY got a first draft, it looked like a 6th grader had written it. Complete with misspelled words. I was sad and frustrated and demanded a full refund which they say can't be done once the resume process is started. Now I have my bank involved to dispute the charges and they are fighting with my bank also.
Exhausted. Jobless and Pissed.

By critical Top resume writer my resume wasn't pass 6 second employer attention. OK I paid Top resume to redo my resume. First of all I was asking what I want to be in my resume. I have my resume some year ago was issued by monster writers and in now time everything is changed. Top resume writer just cut off my job description and resume is done. When I sent my resume to the critical writer for the same company she said my resume is getting worse than was before. Another writer asked me what I want. Most likely I gonna decline my Top resume payment and ask another company to write my resume. No one go to Top resume. Only wasting money and time.

THE 60 DAY GUARANTEE IS A TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM! STAY AWAY!
The first version of the resume was nothing short of pathetic, with errors and formatting inconsistencies. Got better after a couple reviews but still didn't pass my own 5 second test, and did not have anything to draw a skilled recruiter's attention. The cover letter was written by a child, not the professional you'd expect.
Not surprisingly, resume did not deliver any results after 3 months so I contacted them to invoke the 60 day guarantee I paid for. They asked many, many questions about my career search, only to reject my claim because of bogus reasons they just created.
Their web site clearly states that the guarantee is applicable should the applicant not get twice the number of interviews in 60 days. Nothing about bogus conditions. TOTAL SCAM!
