Their initial package of resume writing was my primary goal. After my purchase, the writer assigned to me reached out and started the process.
It was easy to chat with the writer, see updates on the work, and enough time allotted to allow for edits, questions, etc.
The writer did such a fabulous job, I asked her to write my cover letter as well. I appreciate thar the offers for upgrades throughout the process were not annoying but relevant.
I've only had my new resume format about 24 hours, with only one application sent with it so far, so it's not like there's been enough time to see if there's been any improvement in interest. They should probably send out review requests after 30 days for this service.
