Do not buy into them! I had the worst service and never got an interview, in fact I was doing better with the one I created myself. They really don't write your resume they just take what you have and rearrange what the format looks like.

I am not sure that I agree with everything the skilled competitions are that many but the points were very well explained.
I thought the initial free analysis was pretty good. I was all set to purchase a resume package but I read the reviews on line and was deterred. The nature and type of complaints were such that I chose not to proceed. There were hundreds of customers that weren't satisfied with the quality of the service and the timeframe for the service. Also as an FYI, Top resume also has 241 complaints with the better business bureau. I would recommend googling reviews and checking the better business bureau before deciding for yourself. I'm going to try my luck adjusting my own resume based on the free feedback they provided to me.

I appreciated the fresh take on my original resume and the questionnaire. However, the feedback I gave the writer after the first draft wasn't really incorporated into the final draft. I'm not sure if it was because my notes were too granular and specific which made them difficult to incorporate in a more generic format or if the writer just missed them.
I was satisfied enough with the first draft so I will incorporate the specific changes I was looking for on my own.
