The resume critique was expertly written and provided great insight. I bought into their system based on that. The writer I was assigned was slow to respond, relied on pre-written, fill-in content. When I complained on TopResume's customer service, all I got was platitudes. No offer to assign me a different writer. The writer kept reminding me that we had only one week to complete the project but then would not respond to me for one or two days. Customer Service told me it was a "collaboration" but it felt more like a scam.
