After completing the survey, where I gave an overall idea of my past experiences and highlighted what I wanted to emphasize, I was partnered with my writer. It was quite a pleasure working together, as I did learn a lot, along with having a tailored resume, which came with it a different look and perspective. My writer was kind, quick to respond, and worked late into night, despite having other things going on, which is expected with the price paid, but it is still nice to see, thank you.

Well, Normally when you pay for something, you'd like to see a couple or a few options. The person who helped me is J ( because that's the only name I have to go by) I asked J to provide a different layout or design but J insisted that the layout and design of the resume is fine.

Thats okay, but If Im a paying customer and I ask for something to change and you tell me "no its fine like that" then where is the customer service.

Nevertheless, Thank you. I'll keep what I paid for and move on.

I paid for the expedited professional package, which was supposed to have a 2-3 day turnaround time. It ended up being closer to a week and a half, the LinkedIn portion (which I had highlighted as the most important aspect) was an after thought, and they tried to overcharge me.
The resume had some nice keywords but wouldn't make sense to anyone reading it from my industry and will have to largely be rewritten.
Very disappointing experience when so many people could benefit from the promised results in a Covid-19 economy. Avoid!

Their "professional" writer literally just scrambled up my resume and added in phrases that made absolutely no sense - for example added the phrase "and increased profitability" to several lines when the role was with a non-profit. They mixed up the duties and added them to random roles I had held creating factual and continuity errors. This service is just a total scam and is worth nowhere near what they are charging - they just take your original and rearrange it and add in some garbage that they are trying to pass off as keyword optimization. The result is exactly what you'd expect- unusable, poorly written trash.

I ended up putting well over 20 comments onto the resume for feedback, mostly just calling our grammatical errors, redundancies, nonsensical edits, and their addition of unsubstantiated claims. That doesn't even touch the stylistic issues - it read like it was written in another language and run through Google translate. The first draft was so bad that I don't even want to try the 2nd draft - what's the point if I have to re-write the whole thing for them?

My resume experience is one that is rewarding and exciting. I say this because each time that I go to another level in my career advance it is a rewarding an experience to see how I have learned and grown over the years with the skillsets and training from each employer that I have ever worked for in my life. Zelda was the second person and the writer of revising and revamping my second resume to carry me into my next big career move which I am very excited about.
