Any rating above 1 star is fake or paid for. The resume they provided was unprofessional and absolutely terrible. I have over 25 years of experience and they removed 15 years and all my proven accomplishments. Looks like a highschool student wrote. The formatting was terrible. I giant paragraph. Worst resume I have seen in a long time. They absolutely refused to refund my money.

The 2 page resume provided by the service had the embedded name of Felicia R Watson (that is not my name) on the 3rd page header. I did not see the mistake so I incorporated the other changes I desired and went with the provided copy as a baseline to my resume. For >4 months I used that version on several job sites and other job networking correspondences. A hiring manager reached out to me as a courtesy and alerted me of the mistake but I can only wonder how many others just ignored my resume once they saw this mistake.

As someone whose been out of the job hunting scene for over 10 years, they made it easier to do my resume up to today's standards.
One thing I wish for though with cover letters today is that for when you're looking into a complete new field with no experience prior that they came included. Or a suggestion on how to word it when it comes to applying. Apart from that it was better than I expected.

First you get 7 days to review what they've done, which I didn't realize at first. When I looked their work, I thought it would require so much of my own rework to make sense of it, I didn't bother to comment on their work. The resume is a key word soup and doesn't represent my actual work experience. It actually omits a tremendous amount of my responsibilities within my jobs and makes my years of experience look pretty light weight. I suppose the layout is more pleasing aesthetically though.

It was weird that all the communications were strangely impersonal, no last names for the person helping me. I could only communicate via email. It was like one of those internet marketing things where they provide only the first name of those supposed happy customers. If this person is helping you on an individual basis, why the anonymity?

It feels very much like they just crank out formulaic resumes. Not worth the money.

I purchased their 349 dollars package for a resume. Before anything began, I contacted their support team via email and requested that they used a template I had liked. They said they would send it to the writer and let me know. 5 days later, they tell me they cant, mind you that no writing had begun. The writer tells me that they cant use my template for ATS purposes, I tell them, I don't care about ATS because I will not be posting my resume online but rather pass it along my network of friends and family. The writer insists on saying no, so I asked for a refund. I get a message from them saying, they can only give me 30 percent of my 349, when they did not provide any kind of service, product or a result.
