I'm currently a fresh graduate who is preparing for a career start, I took this unprofessional company to help me but I was so disappointed. I filled up the application on May 6 and today is May 20 and till now no one has contacted me or send me anything. Till now I believe its a fraud because I still didn't get any service. 14 days have passed and they are still not responding. I have been using this service because I need to apply for a specific job which will expire on the 22nd of May.

Secondly, they BLOCKED ME from sending emails, and most importantly they don't get back to me. AND THEY STILL DIDNT SEND ANYTHING!

I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMENDED TOP RESUME AS A RESUME WRITING SERVICE, AND I NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY.

Not too many words, not too little! Said what i need to know and passed me all the spirit of how companies work more or less! S/He also have the understanding as i believe of the true value of knowledge! It is not a paper, it is a way of life. A thing i just love to do whether it has to do with my industry or with just Biology. I think i have one more motivation after seeing this one person talking with passion about the true value of knowledge that i lit my fire up to keep pushing because in my place, knowledge is only a paper where everyone hates the process but wants the rewards! You need to pass that spirit to the world and give more than just a Resume which was great! Give hope!

Maybe you guys should actually take the time to look up the job descriptions for your customers previous jobs instead of taking a bunch of "key words" and throwing them together on a resume. I paid $300 for this service and I could have had a better resume done completed free. The key words are in there yes, but the presentation is mediocre at best and I had to send numerous responses telling top resume, what was on the resume was not part of my previous job roles (as they were adding in "experience" that I did not have and certainly do not want to have) since it's not close to the field of work I want to be in or am already in. There are lots of run on sentences or sentences that are way too wordy for no reason at all but I guess that's the point of this service; to throw in a bunch of "key words" whether it makes sense with the content or not. I would say SAVE YOUR MONEY! It's not worth $300 it's not even worth $50!
I saw this as an investment in myself (initially) but sadly, it turned out to be the biggest waste of money. Very disappointing! I would advise anyone to save your money, it's not worth it!

Do not use this company. I initially purchased a resume and a cover letter rewrite for over $200. Over the course of the next several weeks I received multiple drafts that were riddled with spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors, not to mention blatant factual inaccuracies (one of the writers assigned to me inserted an ability to speak French into my cover letter, a language I never claimed to know). When trying to deal with TopResume customer service, I was delayed for over a week and lied to. I was told that due to my issues I was eligible for a full refund, then informed several days later that I would be receiving only a 30% refund or that I had the choice of taking a chance on yet another writer (I had gone through two writers at that point). This company promises a professionally-written resume written by experts that know your industry. I firmly believe that my resume was done by someone that has very little understanding of the English language itself, much less someone who understands what hiring managers in my industry look for. After reviewing the work that I received from TopResume with an independent hiring manager, I was informed that neither of the drafts I received would even pass the automatic elimination process, due to the abundance of errors and the lack of industry-specific key terms.

If you don't want to waste your money, don't give it to this company. They will not fully reimburse you no matter how poor the product that you receive is or how many errors it has. The work you will receive can be done far more cheaply (and more professionally) by a resource you can find on Fiverr.

Debbie was a treat to work with. She always responded to my emails within a few house--even when I sent them Dark O'clock in the morning. The changes she made to my resume and LinkedIn profile were very helpful and her writing is flexible enough that I can customize the documents for individual job announcements with only minimal work. Finally, HATE writing cover letters (blowing my own horn is anathema to all that I am). The letter Debbie drafted is great. It tells who I am and why someone should hire me without sounding like I am campaigning for political office. Better yet, the language of the letter is even more flexible than the resume so customization is a breeze. I rank Debbie as 11/10.

Very please with the outcome of my resume. I was able to communicate with my advisor one on one and they were very engaged and involved. Solid work concentrated on my resume, was able to capture all the key aspects that I was looking for. Worth it! If given the chance I would do it all over again.
