This is horder's nightmare there's to much to love on here. I done spent too much but everything is the stuff I wanted at great prices.

I am well pleased by everything I have bought from this company, fast and efficient. I wouf recommend this company to anyone.

They show you a good item for a great price but what you get is garbage that's worthless at any price, this site is a scam, you can complain and they give you credits back to buy more garbage that's the same as before, nothing matches the listings pictures, and a lot of times I won things, Jewelry mostly that's a great price but in never shows up and you get credits after 2+ months of waiting, and the silver coin I won, can be picked up with a magnet, so it's not silver, everything and I mean everything I got there was bogus or never gets delivered, do yourself a favor and stay away from this site, you will be a lot happier buying elsewhere

They allow sellers to mislead consumers by showing pictures of items they really are not selling or by items size making it look much bigger than what you get.
They need to stop this practice or shut down.

Tophatter is a great site, the stand up for the customers, the will make a wrong right.
I have made many purchases on the site, and I do recommend the use of this site.

I already wrote one review, but I would like to know about orders #*******659 and order #*******. They are to be 16 GB tablets with the cord and outside cover with keyboard. I really would like to know what is going on with them? They were Christmas presents and all I got was the cover with keyboard. Thank you

To all the people bidding on TOPHATTER I wish you luck getting your items you WON, TOPHATTER is NOT a auction it's a LOAN company, that loans out YOUR MONEY to CHINA! You might get some cheap item you won for a couple bucks, but 99% of the time you will get nothing, BUT they will give you your money back in CREDITS not back to your bank or card. This way you need to bid on something else that you won't get, and again credits so they can USE your money over and over, PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE CALIFORNA ATTORNY GENERAL! WATCH the tracking info it looks like your items are coming BUT they go to another address in a different state, or it's written in CHINEESE if you do get something it's not what it say's BUT they send you dollar store JUNK! IT'S A SCAM AUCTION USING YOUR MONEY! GOOD LUCK

The item for sale said the dog leash with optional accesories. But the company said it was an upsell. Itdidnt say anywhere that you had to purchase the bowl. Dont deal with tophatter they suck as as a company.

Of the 4 orders I have received 3 have been blatant misrepresentations. I ordered 2 RC cars as christmas gifts, one of them was a much smaller much lower grade one than advertised, and the other one wasnt even remote controlled at all, it was simply a die cast model. I ordered a 25 piece lockpicking practice set with clear plastic see through locks, its a 5 piece set of tiny thin metal picks. From what I've seen tophatter is populated mainly with BS sellers from china trying to make a quick buck from false advertising

If you haven bought anything on Tophatter yet don't waste your time or Money. If you win a bid the Chances of receiving what you won on Auction is Slim at best. If it's an item you can get at any dollar store then you probably overpaid in the first place. Say it something that you really thought you got a deal on Say that Big R/C Monster Truck that little Johnny has been wanting but you couldn't afford. Well guess what. Little Johnny is still gonna be wanting one because what you will receive is some little truck that takes batteries and the lights light up. And that's if your lucky. Sure Tophatter will refund your money. But you have waited a couple months to find out you been burned In some cases your package gets lost in transit. No problem. Tophatter will refund on that as well but only after you've waited some ungodly amount of time. My suggestion is spend a little extra and shop somewhere else. You'll be ahead in the long run ‍.
Tophatter is the Biggest Scams I've ever seen. Pictured below is a Helicopter I purchased. Supposed be 50cm long, metal frame all the bells and Whistles. Not even an attempt to cover up anything. The only part that is right is the color, blue. No metal frame. No second battery. Just a junk toy I could have gotten anywhere for $5 dollars if that!"

I thought I'd struck gold when I found TopHatter! I quickly won over 50 auctions and was excitedly waiting by the mailbox. Slowly things started to trickle in but very quickly the problems surfaced. Item after item arrived completely different than what I'd bid on and paid for. Some things were just cheaper versions, which was to be expected, but many items were just complete scams! Like the MOTORIZED projector screen I ordered but only received a bag with a screen folded up in it... or the big 18"x12" grow light that should have been hundreds of watts but instead they sent a 12" strip light with only 12 LED's totalling 5 watts. The list goes on and on. 43 out of 77 items were returned for refunds because they were either fraudulently represented or just plain defective.

Now, TopHatter has been pretty good so far about issuing refunds... but many of the items I tried to return weren't provided with return shipping labels... they try to make you pay a ridiculous amount for return shipping... so you have to email, and sometimes argue with TopHatter; but in the end, 95% of the time, they do help. Its just so frustrating to have your money tied up... and all the time it takes. I think the sellers just bank on the people who throw their hands up and don't spend the time to get the returns. It's all such a terrible racket! The thing is, there are some great deals to be found! You just have to wade through all the junk to find them and hope for the best. I don't even get excited when the mail comes anymore. I've stopped spending "new money" now... I only order things with the money I'm getting from credits that can't go back to my credit card.

Pretty good some of the items are junk but every once in awhile you find or win something nice and pretty cool!

I've made several purchases over the last year. As a rule, the really good bids where I got a steal were cancelled or just never received. I have a couple of open items from over 6 months ago. They are "in process" or "in transit". To their credit, Tophatter has been good about refunds and returns because the quality of the merchandise is typically very poor. I received a light strand that didn't work, 10' charging cables that were only 3' and an "authentic" roman coin that looked like part of a penny that had been in the street too long. (There was no discernible face on the coin, unlike the picture.)

Some things on this site are great and you can get them for a good price but other things are not the best quality and shipping times are sometimes long

What happens is the first 2 or 3 items you order you actually receive and then it goes down hill. I now have 3 items that I did not get as of yet and for one the account states it was delivered and I never got it, so now I kick myself in the butt for reading reviews after it was too late. This site will never get another order from me until I receive every item I payed for and my guess is thats not gonna happen. They dont give you a way to track your packages and yeah some stuff may come from China so I would say after waiting oh about 6 weeks for something and then the site says it was delivered chances are you loose, Be careful

I enjoy Tophatter but I caution everyone to pay attention to the shipping. I got caught up in that a couple times. Also make sure you really want the item cause if you win you have to buy it.

Purchased smart watch with ear buds. Watch wont even take a charge. Good thing only paid like $20 for it
