I ORDERED SOME LEGOS 600 PIECE SET I GOT LEGOS BUT 60 PIECE SET TOTAL SCAM I COULD GO ON AND ON AS I TRIED PHONES AND MANY OTHER TYPES OF PRODUCTS NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING CAME AS ADVERTISED AND TAKES A MONTH OR MORE TO ARRIVE YES YOU CAN SEND IT BACK FOR A REFUND BUT WHY JUST STAY AWAY

Was unaware of the size differences on clothing and shoes. Items I received were not as explained or shown in pictures. An example is "Can't believe I purchased a walking dinosaur that was about 2 feet long in the picture and it was actually a lego dinosaur that was only 2 inches big".
Good orders and bad orders received from different companies you let sell on your site. One company I purchased 5 Sweaters from, and they all were shipped to different countries. They were deceitful in giving out Bogus UNPS shipping labels. Then I saw where you did not send back my sales tax? I spent over 350 dollars with your company, and a lot of my items were never received by me. I would check out Bogus Companies who want to do business on your site~
I am new to ordering and won items that I bid on but after receiving two of the items 1) The watch, 2) The thermometer. Neither products work no matter what I do. I do not have any way of getting my money back or returning the items. Not happy with these products and I am to receive a Roomba but have a funny feeling it won't work either.
Some of the people you have selling items are fake and broke when you get them and you can't get your money back like the jewelry and the robots and the trucks.
Got xmas things one was a type of musical thing when I git it it was a sticker for window some people were paying over £15 for this tjink they thought like me that it played music got a inflatable snowman for xmas notjing like what it said or picture. It was like a balloon u get out the card shop some people were paying over £20 for this as it looked like a bargain I bought a few more things most of the things I bought u could get out the £ pound shop never seen so much misleading advertising in my life
I understand delivery can be a few days late, but its over a week or two, that's ridiculous. Or given one delivery at, then it keeps changing later, and later. But really burns is getting items not even close to what was shown on line, so now at this late date I'm scrambling to replace these items for Christmas. I don't think I will use this site much.
I have ordered several items from this site. Most of them I have not received. They only want to give credits for merchandise for more items that you are never going to receive. Out of the 5 items that were delivered only one was not complete junk.

Months ago i bought a wristwatch to me excellent deal few days later I found in wish same watch half price than I pay in top hatter I assume was part of deal. I think this company has to be penalized for USA authority's because they are making money of citizens for laying about such deals

I ordered A LOT of stuff on Tophatter for Christmas. I checked when they should arrive and EVERYTHING should have been here by November 5,2020. They were supposed to be Christmas presents... tried to complain... it's impossible they only do text messages and so far no response for 12 items for over a month. They have "delivered " 3 packages to New York which they won't give me a refund on (I live in Alabama) and EVERYTHING I have received is either junk or doesn't work. I looked up everything again today and it will ALL supposedly come AFTER Christmas. This is a scam... The customer service, the products and the quality on a scale from 1-10 is BELOW ZERO. JUST DON'T you will thank me later.
My experience with tophatter has been alright. For the most part it has been a positive experience. If course, a couple vendors seem to take advantage of their position but that is in every business if multiple personalities
I have been with tophatter for several years now and I just started bidding and now I am having issues with the delivery process the tracking shows the orders are in the United States but from there they are not moving or being delivered. I have one order that has not reached the delivery date and I know it will not arrive because it also show it is in the United States and has not moved sense.
TOPHATTER IS A SCAM.
THEY DONT SEND YOU WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AND AFTER YOU SPEND MORE MONEY RETURNING THE CRAP ITEM YOU GET NO REFUND.
ALSO IT APPEARS TO BE A TAX DODGE AS THEY TRY TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE ITS A CHINESE COMPANY BUT ITS BASED IN BIRMINGHAM UK
Most of my things didn't come. Said delivered. Got refunds in credits even for the one's I paid cash for. Only ordering things that are made in the USA anymore. Due to credits, I have a 4month supply of CBD but now I have to figure out how to get my family Christmas gifts.
I have had no problems with this place so far. I did not receive a ring I paid for and they refunded my money right away, Great place to shop,
I have received some items before the delivery date, and some items that says delivered I have yet to receive. Not sure how I feel about the site just yet.
I have had a couple issues with Tophatter. One was I was suppose to get an item along with my purchase and didn't realize it until I had already reviewed the item. Once I realize I was shorted on my purchase I tried to contact the Tophatter and to this day I haven't had a response and just dropped the issue because I should have paid better attention to my order. Other that this problem I'm completely satisfied with how Tophatter stands behind their customers. If item is late they have given me credit for those items. I'm basically satisfied and confident with Tophatter when I order something. My only problem is I order to much stuff.
