I don't think it should have been held against me, when the site had a place to change type and size of ring and the site would not allow me to do it. The size that was listed would not have fit anyone, so I cancelled the order and was then told I could not use the site for 7 days. I had only cancelled two items, and one was just a slip of the finger. I believe you should do a fix where you add one more question, "like are you sure you want to order?"
Beautiful jewelry with reasonable prices and friendly and helpful people. They always let you know when your item is coming up for bid. That's why I gave you the overall rating 5 for EXCELLENT!

Tophatter is a really interesting marketplace. Where you can get all types of products from day to day products to novelty products. And it's all ok live auctions so in a minute or two you can can get stuff at crazy discounts. I love shopping there.
I stumbled across Tophatter by mistake and geez has it been a fantastic experience, was a bit unsure at first but am extremely happy with the process, you can track every purchase, delivery is super fast, so far all my items have been as described, you don't have to wait for a month or more for delivery like a couple of other sites, you can set reminders for items coming up and the site also sends you a message if you miss out on winning a bid for when the same item is coming up again, the only negative I have to say about Tophatter is that it is addictive lol, well done guys you have won me, I have nearly finished my Xmas shopping thanks to you...
