If I didn't get the item I won it was quickly taken care of and money put back in my account

As a buyer I am disappointed in the staff not being able to help someone that is buying and not getting any notices to keep me appraised of my purchases and shipping notices. I have emailed and emailed but no one gives me any answers. Or notices still don't get any.

I have learned to read the descriptions carefully as 1 of my purchases was much smaller than I anticipated, but the jewelry is very pretty!

I have had nothing but positive experiences on Tophatter. I've saved tons of money on things I actually want by purchasing them here versus a retailer. The auctions are quick. You can set up payment methods so that it's just a matter of a couple of clicks to buy and pay for what you want.

I think top Hatter is wonderful I think they do a really good job they have a lot to work with between buyers and sellers and shipping and receiving in complaints and you name it and they take all of it in stride and I think do a very good job at it. I love the variety of products on top Hatter

I use this site quite often it is a great feeling when you get the item for a lot less than you would normally pay. Everyone loves a bargain.

They fix everything. I have found so many good deals on here! Some items I have purchased are not exactly what I had ordered. But when I messaged tophatter they took care of everything. Knowing that I have their support if something goes wrong keeps me purchasing from their site!

I enjoy bidding and winning the bids. Some of the products are worth the money and some are not.

I have purchased quite a few items. I would like to say I've enjoyed them all, but my kids are enjoying them instead. Have to get me another:-)

Great site. I have ordered over a dozen items and not had a problem with any of them. Everything arrives in a timely manner and I have not had any broken items either. Great site for getting reasonable priced items for my grandkids.

The things you can get for gift ideas is big you see a lot I have done all my shopping there they are the best. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
