I enjoy sitting down and going on Tophatter to go bidding. It is nice to find something that is gorgeous and at an unbelievable price but to win it on a bid is a terrific high. Love this site and tell everyone about it.
I DID like tophatter unail a simple mistake made them cancel my account and refuse to reopen it. My son purchased something with his card on my phone which made it store his card. Not knowing this I used his card for a few purchases. Until I found out the mistake. There were 1 or 2 charges that the bank disputed, but other than that they got their money. I emailed and explained the situation and apologized profusely and tried to pay for EVERYTHING. It was an honest mistake and even though I had made at least 50 purchases with NO problems whatsoever they still would not reopen my account. I was EXTREMELY happy with tophatter, but now I'm EXTREMELY upset with them. All I can say is don't be human and make a simple mistake because they will not forgive you or let you make it right.:-(

I'm always looking for unique jewelry, but I'VE never expected to find such exceptional quality from an online site. Tophatter not only sells jewelry, but they have an abundance of other fine items as well...
One of my items were cheap because they were missing something. Another was refurbished and now it looks like it has trouble charging. Everything is so cheap. One of my items came with a charging cable that was 2 inches long and no wall block. Nothing came with a wall block. Just not great experiences. Another item I ordered said it shipped then it turns out the seller called the support center and stated I called and wanted a refund. Took forever to get an accurate response. They also say bids start at $1 and they actually start at $40.
Have got several items... love most. Won't buy clothing. Sizes are all extremely small 4×lg blouse was more like a medium. The clothing was cheaply made.

This is a great site for finding that one gift you can't find for someone. I just wish it would allow me to combine shipping on multiple items.
I love Tophatter because it is dynamic, in that you can bid on the day and either lose or win on the same day, no waiting period. I have found all of the items I have bought ( I have bought many), have been fantastic. The delivery and tracking information is really good. I love that you can email them and you will have a reply immediately. They also take back items you are not happy with.

I love Tophatter and the chance to get great items for a fraction of the cost. Have had a problem with a couple of the sellers in not receiving my items but not sure if it is post office or what the problem has been. On the whole, I LOVE shopping here! Would recommend to anyone.
The eyeshadow was lovely... from China?!?! Took that long too. The chain is still nice but not like picture, very misleading pictures! The fragrances are so tiny I cannot even use as stocking stuffers... not big enough to even come from store give away! I don't have the energy to return stuff. Would not know what goes where now anyway. I have since deleted your site... to disappointing! Coulda been smoking, instead stinking..
For the most part Tophatter is a fun and exciting way to shop... i would like to see more quality products but i understand its based in China so i dont expect alot of classy items from that country... thank you for this great experience...
