The bidding is a lot of fun, and somewhat addictive! Sometimes the merchandise is great,, however there are a lot of times that the items are not near as big as you think they're going to be and somewhat disappointing in quality! And then you get some things that are better than you thought they would be! Shopping by mail what is a risk You take!

The rings and bracelets I bought are just gorgeous and I have had people notice and compliment me on them.

I really do like tophatters but when I don't get everything I buy that's a Disappointment I know it's not your fault it's the mail carrier that is loosing stuff. But I would buy again. Thankyou

Love the site but never did get my $10 referral bonus for each person and they also ordered. So I should had gotten $20.

Very disappointed in products that didn't work especially those from China came broken smashed and didn't work. Some of the purses were not worth the value and was scuffed up more than advertised

Nice products but too often you can't track package. Have 2 now that are days late.

I tried to stop an orxer I made in error before it was shipped. The seller did not respond and Tophatter's only solution was to refuse delivery. If I refuse delivery, i probably won't get my item or a refund. I also asked for assistance on a refund for an item I never received and ordered back in October. Tophatter didn't even respond to that request. I think I am done with Tophatter.

Over all my experience has been great. I love the jewelry that I have received and will keep buying from Tophatter.

I give them a 5 star the have great stuff and the sellers are great at getting the stuff to you on time

There is only one provider that I have not cared for the quality and that is from Dave or David. Not sure which name. One ring was hollowed out which was awful. The other advertised as furniture emeralds and they seemed plastic. Won't buy again.

Well, I get these gorgeous rings, I know they are not expensive, but only one day wearing them and the gems fall out. So my tophatter days are over.

The products I purchased are well worth the price that I paid
