Did get a couple of damaged items. Things happen no big deal. Is being taken care of. Thanks. On the other hand every thing else I have purchased was great looked good to. Am proud to own this jewelery. I brag about this jewelry often. Tell people about the Web site. Am extremely pleased. Will continue to buy more. I feel great wearing this jewelry. Rings bought
February 17, 2021

I have bought several rings and a stone has come out of both rings that had several stones I can no longer wear them, so l am not sure I would buy another one from this site. Also I bought a set of king size sheets that I am going to throw away. They appear to be seconds and have stained places. I washed them before I used them. Totally disappointed in these purchases.

Dishonest

Your billed for a product and you don't receive. I have ordered several items and not received. I have received a refund for 2 but the others no refund. You take people's money, you should deliver the items. You have lost a customer. No trust!

Shipping to expensive

I really like Tophatter and the unique items they have but shipping is to expensive and there have been several occasions I have not received my order. Also the clothing size is terrible on some items. It's all Asian sizes and some sizes are not available on items I have wanted.

Someone to watch over ur transactions

After over 40 purchases I have only had 2 small issues. Tophatter rectified the problem instantly with no questions asked. I did no more than mention it to them, they're actions were swift and just. Wish more online sites were as great as this one, would recommend it to anyone. I normally do not care for ordering on line but feel safe and secure using tophatter.

I have been using Tophatter for a couple of years and I am astounded at the quality of the product I get. I have run into one problem when I changed emails but they are working with me to straighten it out.
The last two rings are the ones that were sent back. I did send you a notice as you recommended telling you which order numbers and a description. One was a. Silver dome that I hesitated even sending because I didn't want to chance losing it the other was similar. Please try this new email and that should reveal my other orders. Thank you. Marie steele

I Contacted customer service and I was told the company had 3 days to respond. I haven't heard anything in over a month from tophatter. They are thiefs and just take your money without any cares. I feel we should stop American Companies from doing business in Canada.

Don't order jewelry

Some vendors are just wonderful, they will send you what you order others will send you crap not even what you ordered, and then you have to waste your time and send it back buyer be ware, also a lot of there jewelry is LEAD COMPLIANT.

I thought I was getting great deals until I'd search on Amazon and found same item was cheaper with free Prime shipping. I like the experience of bidding on things and winning when I know it's a great deal but then again, they charge shipping most of the time and not quickly I might add. One item in particular was a steal for $10 but they charged $5 for shipping and they're telling me I'll receive it between Jan 10-20. Bid on it last week. I DID receive a nice emerald bracelet they said was authentic but haven't had it appraised yet - it looks very very nice, great quality. It arrived just a few days after winning the bid.

You get what you paid for

It's so hilarious reading all these reviews that the items are cheap and crappy. Well that makes sense because when you pay $2 for a necklace it's not going to be some extravagant piece of jewelry. I won an item a few months ago and the shipping did take a long time but then again you don't know where the item is coming from and the shipping is usually very cheap so you should expect it to take a while. It was a string of beads and the seller actually included a small bag of assorted beads as a gift with my purchase, which I thought was very nice and they didn't have to do that. I just won a bid on some watch that I liked. I know it's not going to be this beautiful piece of jewelry but it's interesting looking and as long as it works and looks somewhat like the photo I really don't care. I paid $2 for it and $4 shipping.

People who review this site poorly about the items looking cheap need to pull their heads out of their asses and know that you're paying $1 or $5 for something that's what you're going to get.

Lousy Customer Support

Order #******* I bid on this item and won. I paid for it and returned to look at other items. When I went to bid on another item, it said I had excessive cancellations. You have done this to me several times when I haven't cancelled a damn thing!

Would you please explain to me just how this happens when I pay for the item and get a confirmation then it shows as cancelled and I can't bid?

I would like to have someone in authority contact me and explain! This is th fourth time you have screwed me over this way!

I am posting this post online, maybe then I'll get this resolved!

Was happy with the 3 rings then the 4th ring wasn't even what I won, when I let them know all they could say was send it back, all I wanted was the right ring, now here I am with out the ring I was really wanting more then the other 3. So hope this don't happen to anyone else out there. The ring was coming from SGSMarket.

I never dealt with a company all frigging cheaply made China stuff. Nothing I bought was good and unfortunately I have more coming. Broken junk that I trashed. Complained to tophatter. Send it back. Heck I'm not paying to mail crap back where I paid high shipping cost upfront. EBAY EBAY EBAY

WHY DO YOU OFFER A NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY BUT YET WHEN SOME THINGS ARRIVE AND DOESNT WORK OR LOOKS TOO CHEAP TO GIVE TO ANYONE FOR A GIVE LET ALONE WEAR MYSELF, THE NOTE WILL COME UP, SORRY TRY AGAIN LATER OR LOOKS LIKE THIS DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN.? IT MAKES ME WANT TO SEND EVERYTHING BACK AND REFUND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN PRODUCT.
AS I SAID BEFORE NONE OF YOUR DELIVERS ARE AVER TO BE SIGNED FOR. THEY ARE EITHER LEFT AT THE FRONT STEP OR JAMMED IN MY MAILBOX/.
