Don't buy a refurbished laptop from this site! Dealer was Tom Bilden laptopsalesaz. Fan did not work at all. But it had a virus on hard drive that took out our desk top. Had to had computer company come out and fix at the cost of $250.00 I have paper work to prove plus $27.00 to send his piece of junk back. Tophatter does nothing but give generic email they will look in to it JOKE! Said they sent me return shipping label. NOT! Tom Bilden wont answer phone now and selling under yet another name! B. B. B. says they cant find the guy they wont help.
The items are worth the cost, if you set your bidding price low and stick to your limit.
Out of about 15 purchases only one came later than told most earlier and always new condition

Why can I not get a refund for the crappy eyeshadow and broken watch just not worth shipping back.the eyeshadow was expensive looked good nice and sparkly until you took off the top layer. They even sent the wrong color. I am not pleased with that product.the mechanism in the watch doesn't fit its to small and keeps moving around causing the watch to stop working

I recently had an issue with one of my items that I bought and I notifiedTophatter and they took care of it within a few days, not like other sites that shrug you off. Said I didn't pay for item. Sent them proof of payment from paypal. Their response. Cancelled my acct and bar me from purchasing. I wasn't even upset when I first heard of the problem. Just contacted PayPal, got transaction information and sent it to them. I thought it was going to be fine. Boy was I surprised at their reaction. It was only a $12.00 purchase and showing them there mistake caused me to be kicked off sight. Guess I was suppose to pay again to make them happy.
