Bought all my Christmas gifts for the women and children in my family everything everything was delivered in a timely manner and was exactly what it claimed to be

One issue, but overall a great experience in shopping.

I order I thought a refurbished tablet only to find out it was just a cover called within 2 hours and was told the company said no returns then got notice next day to be told it was being shipped out still have not received and no credit returned

I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS FOR XMAS PRESENTS. NOT ONLY WERE THE ITEMS NOT WORTH THE ENVELOPE THEY WERE SHIPPED IN BUT THE DELIVERY TIME SUCKED. I WILL NEVER BID ON ANYTHING AGAIN.

I like bidding and that's the best part of the website. What I don't like is when I receive the item it looks cheap and breaks on me, Usually it's jewelry. I say improve the quality of all items. Just wish I could win a bid on women's perfume. Large bottle

I have gotten some clothing from China that is nothing like it looked in the photo's, The material was cheap and poorly sewn also did not fit well at all. Returning it would cost more than it is worth! I did have a great experience with an item that did not work, my money was returned to my account. I think the company itself is very good but the China stuff is not.

This was my first experience of on line auction buying, was amazed at how easy the whole deal was put together! No hassle, everything done so very professionally and totally worry free! I love the ring I won, have another purchase on its way, so very happy! Will be back again.

I've ordered several pieces now, one problem was rectified, other two not yet, but I've not reported them. Each jewelry piece is very pretty.

My review concerne is, I bought a gold, czbracelette. Received a few days ago alleays been happy with stuff, great quality. Tossed all receipts., packaging and e-mails. Went to wrap it today it didn't close correctly. Not happy, can you help me with exchange?
