I have enjoyed Tophatter, but was disappointed when one of the bids that I won was refunded and I then discovered that it was still listed as up for bid and that others were bidding on the item that I had "won." Also, the color of the tanzanite earrings I won and received did not match the photo at all -- the color in the photo was much prettier. If it weren't for these experiences, I would have given Tophatter 5 stars.
I had a very poot expensive with you all. I m not happy with your service. Three of my orders was cancel when I this ask where my order was. I haven't even gotten my orders or even a refund back.
