Great quality products. It is fun to be able to bid on items that you don't normally see in stores. Love the jewelry! It is almost addicting and relaxing to do during my down time! I tend to be a bit skeptical when it comes to ordering on-line, but I have to say that Tophatter has impressed me. I've ordered maybe a dozen items, with only 1 issue, which Tophatter resolved very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this site for on-line shopping fun!

My experience was not wonderful. One item I ordered never arrived, although I received a refund, the other was a good experience, the third item arrived with one of the earrings broken. Too much trouble to return

Hassle free, a lots of choices to choose from. I have a lot of granddaughters and they really enjoy the jewelry that I have bought. It is fun to pick up pretty things for them to look through and see which ones they would like to have for their selves they have rings and bracelets and watches and many things that I have bid on and they really enjoy them.

This is a addictive site but at the same time their not honest on some of their products and when you leave feedback back or try to get customers support they deactivate your account even if you haven't received all your items as yet! And most of the gold items are not real and I request a refund and my account was deactivated so I had to go through PayPal to get a resolution

I know I had too many cancellations but when I can do it again I will try my best to not have any I really enjoyed the things that I got and hopefully when I can do it again I will be a much better bidder

I enjoy shopping on tophatter because all of my purchases were quality items at a great price. I enjoy shopping from home with out the hassle of traffic.

I've bought a lot of stuff really happy with what I bought. Very easy to use. A huge verities shoes jewelry clothing you name it. I bought nikes knock off for like 10 bucks and they are great.

Like the site but I bought a bracelet for a Christmas and she liked it but she only wore ut twice and one of the safety clasp broke and it couldn't be fixed and it was pass the return tme.
