1. Ordered a 1080 dash cam... picture is worse then 720 and doesnt work at low light levels while driving at night.
2. "Night-vision" binoculars are nothing but cheap dollar-store binoculars & nothing more.
3. Android 7" tablet PC has a corrupted battery & continuously crashes... probably an Amazon return re-sold to me - GARBAGE!

I have purchased some items that were not as depicted in the photographs and description. Earrings were smaller than shown and ruby necklace was poor quality. Cloudy stone with chips missong
I started using Tophatter about 5-6 months ago and did practically all my holiday shopping on it. Everything I got was high quality, delivered when promised and everyone loved my gifts - looked expensive but with Tophatter, highly affordable. Recommended it to my friends and family.
I am still waiting for items i ordered in early december. I will not order again until my items arrive
I didn't received an item and after several weeks Dec16-jan18 my item never arrived I inquired several times only to be told I have to track my order instead of the sender I feel I was ripoff twice. This is a big issue to me and on that note I will never use or recommend this site
Overall other than the wait for items this is a great place to shop. The items are pretty spot on when I open them.
