I have bought several items from this site and for the most part have had a positive experience. The only negative this is I haven't had great experience with purchases from other countries. There's no way to know ahead of time where you're buying from. I wish they would change that one feature.

I like the look of the product just not sure of the value yet. Have not had it valued yet. But I did like shipping time.

EXPERIENCE not GOOD! Duplicate ring & necklace piece plus the earrings and it would COST MORE TO RETURN than what the pieces were/are WORTH! NO SENSE AT ALL! Will NEVER use the site again!

Upon notifying Tophatter, I received a credit on my account... almost immediately and without any questions or arguments. UNBELIEVABLE! I am extremely pleased with this company and will continue to bid on items.

I know "Bidtasstical" isn't a word, but that's what you get when you mix bid and fantastic! This site is awesome and transparent. The products bidded on is what you get there are no unpleasant surprises! I love it and will always utilize this site!

Unfortunately for my credit card Tophatter has become an obsession. Have to check the deals many times a day. Already have Christmas presents bought for this year.

The brush set could not possibly professional although they were advertised to be. They reminded me of children's paint brushes. Never again
