I have 2 items that I requested returns for about 1-1 1/2 weeks ago & Tophatters return policy states that if you are unsatisfied with the product received, all items can be returned at no charge as long as the return request was placed in an appropriate time. I requested returns within 2 days of receiving items, received an ok to return, but no prepaid return shipping labels have been sent to me. I have twice since requested clarification as to whether or not I am required to pay the return shipping & have either received no response or a vague response that states their general return policy. I'm very frustrated because I am still waiting to return product for credit & still have no clear instructions. I don't mind paying the shipping; however, I would like to know why I should have too.
