I have bid on and won so many items. Most i got but some never came. It used to be easy to track your orders on their website but it changed and now it's chaotic and incorrect and says things were delivered when they were not and they are not offering to do anything about the items that never came and some of them not real cheap. It's a bidding site and sometimes you have to pay more if you really want something. The first few months I would have given it 5 stars but what it has become I hesitate to give it three stars. I don't have an order ID number because these are individual items ordered over a period of months and their order history Page is a total Mess.

The 2016 Holiday season was greater than expected causing our International shippers to be backlogged in customs. This issue has been resolved, so items purchased 1-2 months ago will now be arriving to their location. Please note you are covered with Buyer Protection for items which may have not been delivered to your location. From your My Orders page you can Request a refund to initiate a refund dispute. Buyers are certainly protected from undelivered items and full refunds will be issued. Additionally, if you are viewing your My Orders page from the website you can easily sort your orders by tabs, such as Unpaid, Unshipped, Shipped, Refunded. I have things I watch for. Quality is wonderful. Only had one thing that was disappointing. But Tophatter made it right. Recommend this to anyone. Be careful it can consume your whole day, but u will get great bargins.

I've bought numerous and different items on line, easy way to bid, keep you up to date with all transactions. Only 1 complaint is that if purchases on clothes are from China, human or for pets sizes are small.

I've always loved everything i've purchased tbrough Tophatter, and i've purchased a good many items! I'm currently working with the customer service team to correct a problem with a package that never arrived, and I'm confident they will go to whatever lengths are needed to find my lost package, or refund my purchase. I have only ordered and received. Tracking the items has been easy and were delivered on time; however, the most recent item was disappointing in that it was NOT as nice as the presenting information. I may actually be returning the item. I am awaiting the last item ordered and as that is coming from China it is taking a while, but that is okay. Will hope it arrives by the date given. We shall see.

These 90 seconds auctions are so much fun it's hard to not get carried away. Prices are determined by bidders, with only very high-end items starting with reserve prices. I would advise bidders to check shipping charges carefully as sometimes they raise the total cost above retail stores. Returns and refunds are so easy, they put some high-end retailers to shame. Also, smart bidders may want to do some research the first time a new item pops up. That's as easy as clicking on the image itself and reading the full description for the item. Even if you miss out on one bid, it is sure to come around again soon and you'll be more informed and quicker to press that BID button!
