Great auction site!

All or most of theitems are wonderful
One or three have got to me broken, like a dragonfly ring my favorite came with a broke wing. I really wish it wasn't broken because dragonflies are wonderful

My Glinda ring turned my finger gray.

I ordered a bracelet and ring from Tophatter. The bracelet we love, but the Glinda ring which is suppose to be sterling silver turned my finger gray around the band area.

Two orders not delivered

I've ordered quite a few orders from Tophatter and never a issue. Since Nov. 2016 I have not received two orders. There isn't any tracking info on one ( which I received a refund) and the other it only shows the parcel leaving China on Dec. 20th and then no additional updates. I have been waiting for a refund since Jan. 10th. Tophatter seems very slow when it comes to refunds.If I can't see any movement since Dec. 20th you would think they should be able. I'am not sure if I will continue buying from this website.

Where is my refund?

I returned a computer to the seller as directed on February 6th. I haven't received my refund. I can't even find a way into customer service! I WANT MY $60 REFUND FROM TOPHATTER!

SHIPPING TIME

I have purchased several things from Tophatter, and so far my experience has been wonderful. I have loved the merchandise, everything has worked. Shipping is fast, problem resolution also seems very fast. I even bid mistakenly a few times, Tophatter issued an immediate refund, (several), with no trouble at all.! I Love It!

One day i was bored, and i saw an advertisement for the site, so i decided to check it out, not expecting much. Looking over some of the items for sale, the first thing i noticed is that the information given for alot of items was conflicting, such as the picture would say "solid gold!" but in the items description it would say plated metal alloy, or would simply say metal. Another thing that made me wary was listings that said pure gold, or. 925 silver, but was selling for roughly $9 plus shipping. There is no way anyone can sell anything but stolen jewlry at those prices and turn a profit.

So, wary, but deciding to give the site a chance, i decided to order two items, as long as i could win them for only a few dollars. I won two sets of earrings, one a "genuine black onyx studs made of pure silver", and a set of studs and a necklace supposedly made of either solid gold via the picture, or "plated metal" if going by the items descrip. Onced recieved in the mail, a little over a week, i looked the items over carefully. Neither item had a manufacturers stamp on the stud indicating metal type or purity. The "black onyx" studs looked like cheaply stamped aluminum, and the studs that came in the necklace set looked like they were cheaply poured and cut badly, leaving extra material that should have been removed, like a cheap childrens toy made of plastic.

All in all, the quality is what i paid for, but i will be returning the "jewlry", as they were not what was advertised, and not what i wanted. If you DO decide to buy from them, buy knowing that it is indeed costume jewlry, and will likely look as such.
