I have contacted you several times about receiving this ring, but I have not. Your decision is that it was delivered, it was not and Sevil is not refunding my money or sending my ring. I purchase a lot of items from Tophatter, but unless this is resolved I will no longer be purchasing from this Auction site and I will not purchase anything that is sold by Sevil again.

My experience was great in the beginning. I got a lot of really great items and quite quickly. It started going downhill when I purchased jewelry. It looked wonderful in the photos but when i received them they looked very cheap. Not at all what I expected. I would return them but it would cost me more than what they are worth. Again it was fun at first but now I am finished purchasing on Tophatter

These people have gotten away soooo long with selling dub-standard merchandise. They make it so difficult for the average person to talk with them, by ONLY using email, and NO phone number. All I can say is, BUYER BEWARE.
Bidded and won several items, then after the fact found the same on ebay at 98% less then what was stated the original retail price was. Tried to return more then half of the items bought, but found that the return shipping was mostly to China and the cost was more then the item bought. Beware of size... misleading as most are stated in cm!

I have ordered a total of seven items from Tophatter. One item was worthless junk, which I was refunded for immediately. One item was misrepresented as picture was completely different from description. All items were shipped on time, most the same day. Return policy is great and easy.

THE offer was biding on old old Canadian coin 80 to 100 years old and I won for a 1 dollar and shipping a 1 dollar so I waited it came it was a dollar commemorative coin of Jansen k Polk and a replica of ancient coin.

I took a look into your account in regards to order # 20699495 and see that our support rep, Zorica opened a Return request on your behalf via your support email responded to on January 24,2017. In her response Zorica also provided a return shipping label for you to use. Through our Return Policy once a free return label is provided, the buyer has 7 days to use the label before it is voided. Your label expired on January 31,2017. However, you can still receive a full refund of the amount paid by returning your item to the seller with a valid tracking number. Return shipping cost is at the buyer's expense.
Please be sure to return the item with a valid tracking number within 7 days and contact us with the tracking number for your return.
Once the seller receives the item a full refund will be issued within 5 business days from delivery date. I do hope this helps.

Tracking number don't add up. USPS tracking shows up as nothing. You don't even get a response back from them. Ill give it a few more days, then I will let PayPal know. I was really hoping to have found a good place to order from. We'll see. 3 orders.

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
