Tophatter is a fun and easy bidding site. I have been happy with most purchases. If you purchase clothing, be sure to order at least 1 size larger than you usually do and it should fit just right. Just dont get addicted like I did! Im sure my mailman is wondering why Im constantly receiving packages!

I like this app really well. The items go quickly! And there is aways something to buy on there. But down fall if that I order silver jewelry on there. The seller says it's 925 silver and it even stamped but I have had more than one piece turn. So buyers be warned. But they are good for giving refunds!

Love the quickness of the bidding and checkout. If you made a mistake and decided you didn't really want something you won, you can cancel the order, but don't do it often or you will be cut off. Great happiness guarantee too! Not all, but most items seem to come from China but shipping seems faster than from others in China.

Some of the items I have purchased belong in the Dollar store. The items they say you can return is at your own expense and most go to China, I wish I could cancel all auction I won.

If you have a problem with a purchase or feel you didn't receive what was described, a return request must be opened for each order that was not satisfactory.
With that said, Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. Tophatter offers Buyer Protection in the form of a 30-day Easy Return policy that will either: 1.) refund the buyer without return needed, 2.) provide the buyer with a prepaid return label, or 3.) present the buyer with the seller's address to return the item, paying for their own return postage with valid tracking number.
