Don't like the packaging, a lot of items should B shipped in it's original box not in a USPS package, which doesn't give very much protection, would of given 5 Stars except 4 packaging

Please allow and encourage combined S/H fees. It is a huge flaw in your site to have your sellers rip off buyers on a regular basis!

I have purchased many things from Tophatter and most were of decent quality, however there have been many that were poor quality, sized wrong, or just rip offs. I bought a dress size 3X, would not fit my daughter who wears a large, way too tight.

I love the app great items at a low cost most items are at a great quality for the price. Then you have the products that where a waste of money. Luckily they have a great refund policy. I want the items name on the main biding screen so you know what your buying with out clicking on it.

MY only complaint was that I had a few (quite a few) products saved for later purchase, when I came on one day and most were gone! TOPHATTERS servers eliminated almost all of the products I found that I wanted to purchase at a later date. When I take the time to scan all the catalogs, I feel that a machine has no right to randomly erase the majority of these products!

Please note that a large number of items were removed from the platform due to reasons such as; low rating, bad seller reviews, etc. This would be the only reason the reminders would be removed from your account. Otherwise, the option to remove a reminder is to manually click/tap the heart on the item listing and is not performed by a machine.

Over all its good but mobile app need work on the inbox cant delete an unused discount from feb. And can only review and post once but cant add or adjust your review or look up all review ( from my usage)
The quick auctions are fun and I've gotten great deals on several smallish items. I've gotten my son some really great looking hoodies and myself some small electronics and nice-looking jewelry, and some other fun stuff like a kitten purse and artistic elephant wall hangings/scarves. I've picked up several neat little gifts for family members and really love this site, go to it often.

Most of the items are great and as titled, but there are many false advertisements concerning the smart watches and the jewelry being falsely advertised as real gold and when received it is stamped with silver, things marked that they are pure silver come back and have no silver in them whatsoever
