Quick and Easy

I like this app. Some of the items are cheaply made. You just have to watch what your bidding on and read the descriptions. I have gotten a few decent deals on buffalo nickels, Mercury dimes, and Indian Head pennies though. Overall, the experience is exciting and fun. Just remember, you get what you pay for. Like an online flea market

Never got the $5 credit when I signed up.
Most of the stuff is flea market quality junk from China.
Those little "retail" prices in the bottom corner are bogus beyond belief.
"Lab created" opal was plastic, and black ring was painted plastic. Which was already chipped when I received it.
A wristwatch broke the first time I wore it.
Buyer beware... you get what you paid for.

Disgruntled

Canceled a number of items, AFTER THEY WERE PAID!
And now they refuse to except my bank cards blaming my bank not excepting my bank card, that the bank issued!

I was able to review your account regarding your payments that were not approved by our processor and subsequently canceled, we are not provided with details regarding the reason for declines, optionally if the credit card does not process you may pay with PayPal.

In a review of your account, it appears the issue is resolved. I see that you have made a few successful purchases. If you run into any issues in terms of payment concerns such as this one our insight is limited, the best actions is to:

1 - Waiting to bid or pay for any additional unpaid orders until the next day, when your next payment may be successful.

2 - Be sure your items are shipping to the credit card billing address.

3 - If you were trying to pay using a prepaid or gift card from a major credit card company, these may be accepted as long as the cards are registered online with a billing and mailing address. Great exsperance

I have bought several items from top hatter. Some have been way beyond my expatiations. And a couple way below, but what makes them so great if you have a problem they fix it right then they do not play around trying to convince you your wrong. That alone is the only reason you need to shop here. No matter where you go sooner or latter you get a dud. And at top hatter when there is a problem it is a joy to deal with it.

Basic experience has been good. Users need to make sure they know what the product actually is and that the quality is generally decent. When dealing with collectibles, understand that the shipping charges probably cover the current value of the item.
