Very pleased with just about everything except for 1 of the rings. The ring was not the color I chose and took longer than I was informed to get here. Tophatter was very quick with a refund on an item I purchased one evening when I accidentally ordered the wrong item. I texted them right away within a couple of minutes and was texted back that the refund was already done but it would take a couple of days to show up I my account. Sure enough it was back in my account in a couple of days. I will recommend Tophatter to all my friends and family.

I enjoy Tophatter and most of the time the deals are better priced than I have been able to find anywhere else. My only problem is that some products are misleading or needing to really read the details and not go by the pictures, for this reason I would rate you 3 or 4 out of 5. However every time I have had an issue you have taken care of it immediately. Your customer service has been outstanding 5 out of 5 amazing work and the only reason I come back over and over again.

My experience has been good. Shipping is slow but coming from over seas it is understandable. Quick to resolve issues and refunds. Some advertisement is miss leading, so you have to read description to see how many you are bidding on. Picture of quantity is not always the same.

My Experience with Tophatter

I have not been satisfied with the products at all, I have had to get a refund because the products were cheap and broke soon as I opened the package. There is no live representative to speak with and as a business owner myself this is unacceptable to the consumer, after all they are the reason we are in business.

Take care. You can buy great things in 90 seconds or a draw full of junk.
I have both.
The 90 seconds ( i believe) is to catch you off guard.

Most auctions last 90 seconds, up to 2 minutes depending on the number of bids an item receives. With each bid, the time the item is up for auction is extended.
