I rarely use this app now. You have to wait way too long for a payout, sometimes in the case of Expedia many months. The whole process is too longwinded. And if a cashback doesn't track, that only adds to the delays. In these inflationary times, you want to spend the money now.

If you don't have a TopCashBack Account then you don't know what you are missing...every time you buy something, log into the TopCashBack app and start accumulating free money which you can use to purchase a wealth of vouchers for a lot of popular highstreet and/or Internet stores.

Easy to use web page, can have a reminder attached to the taskbar, lots of well known and popular businesses included as well as special deals on a regular basis.

Great cashback app that gives me cashback on things I would buy daily to special occasions special offers and discounts I transfer my cashback to just eat vouchers adds up very well received around 400 so far in maybe around 2years very happy

If anyone isn't using topccashback you're mad it's so easy and if you're gonna buy something it's stupid not to use it as who doesn't like saving money yes you have to wait a bit but well worth it

I feel you get offered some of the best cashback rates in the marketplace from hundreds of businesses, retailers or other service providers.
I do however feel TopCashback needs to do more market research in relation to what they are offering, because there are frequent occasions whereby competitors such as Quidco are offering enhanced rates to those who choose to purchase through them.
It is also disappointing no cashback is offered for either Amazon or Superdrug purchases and these are two household name providers.

I am really impressed with the overall service that I have received over the years from Topcashback, their cashback amounts are very fair and they are easy to deal with. They have a huge range of brands to choose from and their customer service is efficient and excellent too. Whenever I have had a query the team have been super helpful and friendly too which is great. I have managed to earn £1000 cashback on purchases so far including car insurance purchases and other standard products too. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend!

I recently had problems with signing into my account and so I emailed customer service and they replied within 24hrs (this was over the Christmas period so I was amazed by the speed of the response!). The next few emails that were sent in an attempt to resolve the issue came through with rapid succession, and It was all sorted out in just over a day! Fantastic, thank you!

Worthless service that feels like a scam. You get notifications instantly of the amount of cash back you earn on each showing you the total amount of accumulated cash back plus £15 cash back bonus to entice you to keep using it then. But app seems to forget the cash back part of the business.

Money sits on the account for a ridiculously amount of time and just before the payment is due for withdrawal the payment is declined with no explanation and money accumulated is never withdrawn. And I have still yet to be the £15 bonus for 12 months and it just sits there, while they charge you a £5 fee for doing nothing. It seems like a data mining scam, selling your data for money and offering you nothing in return. Will delete the app as I got it through work.

Today I DM'd TopCashBack regarding a CONFIRMED amount which was still outstanding.

Phil responded very quickly and has arranged to change this amount to PAYABLE.

I ordered a game for the ps4 from tcb and while the delivery was safe, quick and only took a day to get here, the site said I had 16 pounds in cashback once the retailer confirms my purchase, the order has arrived so has my delivery confirmation email but the cashback waiting still says pending not payable. I hope we can work this out because other than that it's a great site.

I've been with TopCashback for three years now and they have been a very great website as the customer service try to solve your cash back problems but some are out of their control because some times other companies that pay the cash back forget to pay the cash back providers as it happened to my cash back got stuck after almost 2 years and just noticed but TopCashback offered to give me the cash back from their own funds so that was great but yes I know sometimes the amounts and they offer are not always brilliant but they try to get the highest cash back amount if not they will price match it and sometimes add a little bit to boost the rate for 0.05% on top or more plus I know the time to get the cash back is long sometimes but at least you don't have to pay a fee to withdraw your cash back at any time and to make it even better you can can get a bonus up to 15% on gift card plus this is a free website too so don't get greedy this is Sam still shop though TopCashback when they have deals like their monthly £2 cashback for free on spend of 5 or more you can't go wrong if you are getting some already but if not please don't buy something because you get free £2 anyway this is my review with my experience to TopCashback from Sam

Hadnt received my topcashback bonus offer for a supermarket shop back in October. Sent a facebook message explaining my issue, gave my username and I had a response within 5 minutes, the bonus cashback was added and made payable. Great service tracking this issue for me. Many thanks.

Topcashback is in my opinion the best cashback site and if there is a problem they are quick to sort it if they can.

I work in IT so know all about tracking and cookies and how these sites work. I am now finding that there's a regular pattern that cash back that's only pennies tends to track without fail. However when you start getting into cash back that's £sss then here's where things start to get odd. I have been using top cash back for 2 years and mostly large amounts mysteriously get declined. Suspicions were alerted to the latest one when I booked our entire holiday through TopCashback. The cash back was £219 so a big one. I was surprised to see the cash a k track firstly at all but it did, then shortly after I got the email stating this had tracked and now was confirmed and I just now had to wait for it to become payable. I checked my account and there it was sitting in my account £219 cash back. Surprised to say the least. But here's where it gets dodgy. The following day TopCashback email me to tell me it's been declined by the retailer even though I have the previous email saying the retailer has confirmed the cash back and it has been showing as confirmed in my account for the past 24 hours. What I see here is large payments getting confirmed and TopCashback not passing them on as this clearly shows it was confirmed by the retailer. I think this big payment slipped past top cash back and they noticed too late yet still took it back and now they trying to tell me it's the retailer who declined it.
