Exceptional twitter team - whenever there's a problem I just contact them on twitter and the response is really quick! Can't fault them. Most purchases track with no issue, I've earned hundreds back on things I would have bought anyway. Brilliant.
Topcashback is the only cashback site I use. There are a huge array of companies offering cashback on there and if you need to contact the team they always go out of their way to ensure they have fully looked into the issue you are experiencing / chasing up cashback from companies. Obviously there is less cashback around these days but topcashback are still very much worth using :)

So simple to use and so rewarding, a little savings account which quickly adds up to give you a bonus spend in a way you choose, cash, store card etc. I wish I'd done it sooner, once you get used to remembering to go via the site instead of direct to the merchandiser it's a no brainer!

TopCashback is such a useful site. Every little penny saved adds up and pays out on your favourite brands.
You just need to remember to check through their site first when you're looking for something, and then to ensure that when you click on it, or get timed out, that you are still on the site when you actually make the purchase, I've missed out a few times by not keeping my eye on that ball.
Well worth a look, and the refer a friend bonuses add up too

When I do small amounts of TopCashback it tracks through in a matter of hours,However when I do larger amounts of TopCashback it takes months,and usually only get Cashback after a lot of Hassle.One lot took nearly a year.I think it is like a Lottery,you do not know if you will get anything.

Cashback being a commission payment that we share with you does mean it takes a few weeks to progress or in some cases longer. The retailers need to be sure you keep the purchase which is usually the longest element of the wait time. We'll always do what we can to show to people before purchasing the average time it takes to get cashback moved to payable so you and everyone else is aware of this timeframe before purchasing.

Appears to take months to get anything back and all big purchases like insurance u rarely get they usually dispute it and for some reason or another you don't qualify

With the large purchases these often come with a validation period which gives the retailer assurance that you will keep your end of the bargain when making the purchase.
For example, if a retailer paid out within 30 days a sum of £250 for a monthly contract that charged £30 a month, there's a huge risk there to the retailer which isn't really that fair on them to take and could also harm our wider cashback rates too.
We do incorporate this time into the retailer terms where possible and also within the wider retailer statistics found on their page on TopCashback so everyone is clued on these times before they make a purchase.
With cashback success, while many earn cashback by just purchasing as usual, there are some tips you can follow to aid cashback tracking successfully such as clearing cookies before using our site, disabling ad blockers and also making sure other web tabs you have open are closed.

While most sites offer cashback there are still quite a few that don't i.e Aldi etc most of the time to purchases show pretty much straight away which is good but confirmed payments can take up to 3months to become payable some shorter as long as your not dependent on payment then definitely worth signing up another plus is to convert money into vouchers which you get extra bonuses and cashback as well overall happy with this site

This is a great way to earn money while you spend money, it's all about remembering to go via this app before you shop - that's what took me a while to do, but now it's just a habit! Few issues with some of the sites… can't get cash back if you use a stores app, or go via safari - so just make sure you read the page that comes up once you search your retailer.

So far so good, the first £15 I received within a couple of weeks and I got an echo dot for £2 which was fantastic.
I use it for all my online shopping and expect cash back every 2weeks or so.
You can get a rough idea of when the cash back will be ready by looking at your account.

Cashback is declined far more than they pay out of late it's alot of hassle not worth the grief!

It's disappointing to hear you having a lot of declines of late. If a claim is lodged for this this will allow both yourself and us to be better informed about why the retailer refused the commission we'd be passing to you. This will allow us to give some more feedback about how to prevent this happening.
For example, if it's due to lots of discount codes being used, we can understand you may enjoy using these but unless listed on our site may lead to cashback being declined as they will be deemed as the sites that should earn the commission over us. It may be it has nothing to do with this and instead the commission is being passed to another non cashback company such as a search engine and this is summarised with the resolution ' another marketing channel'.
If you do ever get that resolution I firstly want to share your disappointment in not being paid. We want this decline prevented as much as you do and the best way to do this isis clearing cookies and cache right before you use our site to then go on and make your purchase. It should remove any claims the other sites had for that money.
We never benefit when cashback is declined and I hope moving forwards we can help you further to prevent this happening again.
