I would rate this company less than 1 star if that was an option. Extremely fraudulent practices in terms of booking, cancelling and gouging customer's monies. We would never recommend to book with this company. We have complained to the California BBB about this company 2 times.
I was planning a trip taking in 2 conferences almost back to back in Qatar and Thailand. Leaving from Atlanta and returning to Los Angeles. Nick took control and arranged perfect itinerary in Business Class which was not only exactly what I wanted but also saved me money

I can see my booking on the Delta website who he booked through, although the flight is with Vietnam airlines.
