Update as of 9/16. On 8/21, Agent Russell text messaged me the below. I found it condescending and disrespectful. First, he doesn't keep to his word, he is ever inconsistent with his messages, doesn't call me despite requesting to clarify the issue on the phone, and has the gal to ask me to remove the review. 'I don't know why you are upset. There's no need to leave a review like that.' who asks the customer to delete a review than own up to the mistake at least? One of my texts to him says 'it's unfair to charge me like that and make me book business class'. Then there was a call, then no texts related to that. What would've happened? What would've been discussed on the call for me to not say anything further regarding this? Obviously there was a equanimous conversation. When there's an inconsistency and the customer wants a call, you call and you clarify, you don't keep sending the customer text messages and ask them to remove the review. He's full of crap and he completely denied what was promised to me over the phone. Even in the text transcript, he kept being inconsistent with his messaging to me. Is it because I am a woman that he thinks he can be patronizing with me? I sent it to top business class and asked them to make sure he never reaches out to me. They never responded to me. Am surprised that top business class is ok with the agents being this inconsistent and eating customer money in the name of the airline doing incorrect billing and forcing me to book business class to get that money back when they should just cut me a check for their error rather than promise me something on the call and completely deny it or worse yet, keep being inconsistent in the text transcript…and not getting back to me or even apologizing for courtesy for such an unprofessional experience. While the agent I worked with was very polite, I had an unprofessional experience. They erroneously charged me $69 and indicated that it was charged by the airline. As a resolution, they can give me a voucher for it, that I can use against future business class flights. I said it was unfair to erroneously charge me and say that I can only use that on business class. The agent then had a phone conversation with me and said that I could use it for domestic as well. What I do not understand is, how can I use it for "any" airline for business (let alone domestic) if the money is locked in by the airline? Anyway, I trusted the agent and left it alone. I then had a ticket I wanted to get with the airline (outside the agent's remit) and asked if I could use my $69. Agent didn't get back (they aren't very prompt and need a few follow-ups). I then text messaged, no response, then I called. The agent then texted me and said I could use it only on the specific airline flights and have to use it within a year. He said I couldn't use it on others. I said this was all unfair that they erroneously charge my money and tell me I have an year. I showed him the text where he said I could use it any airline, he said that's fine. I then reminded him of our conversation where we had a phone coversation and he said I could use it on domestic as well, he completely denied it and never got back to me. The entire information provided to me was inconsistent with a lot of gaps. How can the money be locked in with the airline if Topbusinessclass can use it on "any" airline? Why can't they cut me a check for their error? Why so many inconsistencies in the story? How's this fair? Forget about the $69, I do not want to do business with someone who doesn't have integrity on what they said, completely denies and doesn't hold themselves accountable for the various things they said to me in writing and doesn't "call" to clarify. This is a pretty bad experience and very poor and unprofessional customer service. They do not hold themselves accountable for screwing up their accounting and do not indicate anything that I could trust them on in this matter. Lesson learned - ask for claims made in writing, otherwise, there are unprofessional agents out there who could completely deny what they said on the phone as well.
Let me start with * - shady guy - shady company - STOLE MONEY MINE AND MANY Others. I have been informed that a travel voucher issued on 4/11/2024 number ************** (confirmed by Russell on 7/24/2024 at 7:31pm) and then refunded $4800 to topbusinessclass.com, and we are in end of July 2024 and they have not refunded my money back to me for a flight that Qatar cancelled back in January 2024. Need I say more. */topbusinessclass are liar, the company is not ethical, the owner should be behind bars, the people working there are crooks and the department of justice and consumer affairs along with the travel industry allow these people to continue to scam people. They need a class action lawsuit. Anyone interested?

Booked an International flight with Steve Odilov back in September 2023 for July 2024. Have tried contacting Steve and the company with no success. I even submit request for a quote to see if prices might have gone down but no response!
The agent was short with me, he also was unresponsive and disrespectful. I cancelled everything they booked and lost money rather than have them in charge of my flights. Very deceptive. Be very careful before booking with this company. I had to pay over 1000 for a coach ticket for the east coast to San Diego.
What a rip off! They also tried to charge me a 500 penalty for a change fee after telling me no change fee! Beware
I have been dealing with Russell Malik and have sent him 4 emails. Whereby he refuses to respond. I spent $******* on airfares with this company for return flights from Australia to Europe return.
My husband has been hit by a car in Spain so far he has been in a hospital for 17 days. He has multiple broken bones and we are not sure of his release date. I had t o cancel return flights to Australia. I contacted Russell asking for a credit. To which he replied he had good news. That night a $2800 fee was taken from my account. I asked Russell why and he said I was charged a fee of $800+ US. I was shocked. How can you just access my account without authority. I have nothing in writing even suggesting I have a credit for a return flight from Europe. Looking at all the reviews I am really concerned as this seems to be a very common complaint regarding this company. I would have thought under the circumstances a bit of empathy was given. I will formally address the business practice of this company with Etihad.
I am extremely disappointed with my travel experience with Top Business Class. They failed to book my critical return flight from Fiji to Sydney, leaving me stranded with no assistance or apology. The travel agent's unprofessionalism was shocking; he ignored my calls and emails, causing immense stress. During my stay in Fiji, I was left to navigate an exhausting 10-hour journey on buses, taxis and a ferry, so I could reach my flight. The agency's lack of accountability and responsiveness was shocking and unacceptable. I intended to refer them to many potential clients but, instead, I will share my dreadful experience on social media to ensure others are aware of their incompetence. Avoid Top Business Class at all costs!

If you are buying tickets from this company, understand that the sale is final. The agents are not trustworthy. At least the one I dealt with.
I requested a quote from *, who then badgered me into buying that ticket promising that it's fully refundable within 24 business hours (given that I was buying on Friday, he said I had until Monday). I called him the next day to cancel it, he said he will do it on Sunday when he is in the office. On Sunday he was unreachable. On Monday I called the general line, everybody I spoke to refused to give me management phone number transferring me to *, who told me that he can refund me only 95% of my ticket, and also refusing to connect me to management.
There is no accountability at the company. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to deal with it.

I had to change the date off my return flight due to family medical emergency. I paid $4200 and got exactly one business-class flight SFO to only Taipei, when my destination was Bangkok. Jordan refused to book my return using a very flimsy excuse. So I booked my own return BKK to SFO. I received less than $1600 credit on Air India, which will be almost impossible to use. I got less than $200 value out of my $4200 paid.
Subsequent discussion with Jordan was useless, he is a mean-spirited bully.
Do not use this company unless you like contempt and scorn. Never again.
Made reservations in Jan for a June honeymoon trip and had confirmation numbers after spending over $10k and AMX points. Day before checking in found that this was an unethical transaction and no tickets were issued and flights all full. Contact we used called numerous times both on main number and his cell number and no answer or return calls. What a fraud. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is and spells trouble. Would never trust anybody like this again. Hope nobody else does either.
I used Top Business Class for two sets of tickets. We found Rico to be very professional. He went out of his way to give us alternative deals available to us. He kept us up to date on our flights even after we booked the tickets. We will use them again.
I bought tickets and when I got to airport said they were no good still fighting get refund.

This is the WORST experience so far. I'm giving it 1 star because no star is not an option. Also, because they gave me a great deal on my flights to India. When i wanted to make changes to my tickets, everything went downhill.
My agent Naomi, is either untrained, unskilled or a part of a SCAM that she is unaware of. She made me travel all the way to India without a return ticket in hand- telling me when we exchange tickets this is the most normal way to do it. So that I will save money. My travel was so important that I had no choice but to trust her. I was going for 2 weeeks. I did not have my return tickets until 2 days before my return. I'm not even mentioning the pathetic customer service I recieved during the follow up calls/emails.
Then she makes us fill out an exchange form. Tells us that our tickets will be booked shortly, and we're ready to go home. This is also the ticket we didn't want but had no option because I had to return to work.
After a few hours she tells us that those tickets were gone. So now we have no return tickets again!
She told me that we can earn credits for the travel we didn't use. Which turns out to be BS. She said that she responded this way because I "pressured" her to give me a response. Apparently a customer service agent can't take pressure and blames the client. The client is expected to remain calm 2 days before travel from India to US with no tickets in hand.
We had to cancel out tickets with her. The money that they stole from us. Book ourselves with Expedia. Spend $4.7K and return home. There is still no explanation on the stolen return tickets of ours, which we clearly didn't use. DO NOT trust google reviews. Check reviews on Yelp. There are no paid reviews there and all we have is real experiences.
I have an exciting experience with a travel consultant who works with top business class global travel last week. Mr. Edwards assisted me in our plan to book for our planned trip the Philippines. Every aspect of my search for an affordable fare and trust worthiness have earned' Mr. Edwards the business of me and wife flying to the Philippines. I recommend him to some of my friends snd family. Very impressed of details that he offered for us. We'll deal with him again.
I booked my trip to Europe with to business class on the 5th Oct. And 2 months later i discovered that the agency requested to cancel my tick and got full refund by the airline on the 7th of October. Yet they never informed me until i logged in into my Etihad account on the 7th of Dec.
When i contacted them, they blamed the airline and they refused to honor my ticket and as they wanted to charge me an extra $2200 to rebook my ticket.
Very dodgy business.
I wouldn't use this company ever again. Lies, lies, and more lies. They booked our flights wrong, which meant (after numerous phone calls going nowhere), we had to fork out and purchase additional flights which cost over $1000.
Top Business Class didn't help with anything, and didn't take any responsibility at all, even though it was their fault they didn't book our flights properly.

Natasha, never gave us a working confirmation number. She never told us our flight was canceled. She never once apologized. Zero empathy, zero accountability, less than zero service after the sale. This caused huge problems for my aging parents. What was supposed to be their best flying experience was a nightmare for them. Posted are confirmation of my purchase and 34 emails to try to resolve this issue.
Buyer beware, had to file a complaint with AMEX & BBB and still haven't received my money back. 2 business class tickets to Singapore where the rules had changed during COVID and needed a letter from Singapore Government. Called Top Business Class while at the airport and Drake and Max both promised they would allow us to rebook our tickets. Max had resigned and went to another company. Drake is still there and has blocked my phone numbers. When calling the 800 toll free number they said "all requests have to go to Drake".
Drake had stolen $7,700 from me, sucks that I had been such a loyal customer for so many years. Even when they screwed up my other international flights and missed legs to my destination I continued to go to them.
Writing as many reviews as I can to warn others of their dishonest and blatant theft.
