Andrew is an excellent agent. He is very patient and thorough. I started my search for flights weeks before we finally booked them. During that period, he provided multiple itineraries, responded promptly to my requests, and found the perfect itinerary. He job was complicated because we were coordinating our flights with another couple departing from another city.
Peter worked with us to get us the most appropriate flights to Lima from JFK and return from Quito to JFK.
Decided on Business Class for a trip Sydney to Heathrow.
Did the usual checks and landed on a $7,500 return with a "B" tier airline.
Saw the ad for this company and shot of an enquiry.
The response was quick and I was STUNNED that with a few tweeks to the dates I'd selected, I could complete this with ETIHAD at $8000. Yep Etihad at the same price.
Naturally I checked reviews, and all were glowing.
The CONSOLING FACTOR was although my payment and bona files were submitted for booking, the PAYMENT was not actioned until I had a BOOKING CONFIRMATION from Etihad, including the FF points.
At times I was very cautious with James, he understood my reticence but he was NOT PUSHY just a genuine employee who was experienced with these questions.
Congratulations to anyone who uses this superb, professional company.
