RUN RUN RUN - this company is a scam! They might deliver biz class tickets if everything goes right but once something is cancelled or delayed, YOU will never hear from them again. I first booked with Top Business Class in 2019 for a trip in 2020. Covid hit and our cruise was cancelled. Max was our agent and at first he was really helpful. He said we have a voucher to use in the next 2 years. In 2021, Max suddenly never returned my phone calls and emails. In the end, we couldn't wait any longer and bought other tickets for our international flight. When I finally got a hold of Max again, he said he didn't know what happened but he could give a 1 year extension on the 2 limit. Now in 2022, I'm told Max has left the company, so I talked to Andrey the Manager. He said David would handle my request. Now I'm getting the same NON-RESPONSE from David. No returned phone calls or emails.
So if you don't mind losing a couple thousand dollars, go with this company, otherwise you should RUN!

I have to commend Adam Wilson of TopBusinessClass.com who assisted to help find a discounted business class flight for me to the Philippines. He provided efficient, positive and knowledgeable service. I would recommend him to friends.

Dealt with Isaa who took no notice of my request for alternative flights. Isaac did not respond and was not available by phone and never returned any calls.
This is an ametaur bunch and I do not recommend anyone deal with them.

I was struggling and frustrated with Isaac. After no communication from Isaac, I called the main office. I spoke to Max who explained my concerns. I will definitely use them again since Max has offered to personally help me in the future. All we want during these difficult travel times is to have our questions answered.

We bought tickets from this outfit's Simon Geta. We were cheated three times and were left stranded in Chicago, in Paris and in Nice.
Stay away from it. You are warned!

Not impressed or happy with the service I have received. Did not know upfront the ticket would be a mileage bought ticket and I would not be able to accrue mileage with the flight. Had to make a change on my ticket and I am ending up paying more through Top Business Class then I would have paid buying my ticket directly through the airlines and I also would have been able to accrue mileage for my flight. Also the person that was helping me did not respond in a timely manner (had to wait a week or more for a response and that was after I sent a follow up email) and multiple times was emailed offers for itineraries that were with the wrong dates that I was traveling on.
