Travel planning can easily trap us in endless, 80/20 dilemmas - issues that require 80% of our valuable time to barely achieve 20% of what we need to accomplish. This is the first time I have used your service. Normally, the multi-level planning required to coordinate flights, airlines, dates, times, accommodations, etc. can be soul-draining. But, after working with Ms. Monta Dannenberga, your exquisitely gifted agent, I find it nearly impossible to describe how vastly different it was - her time with me, her responsiveness, thoughtfulness and expertise were always prompt, reliable, effortless, professional, responsible, creative, accountable, and ultimately offered me as perfectly arranged an itinerary - and booking experience - as I could ever have imagined. I am glad for the opportunity to report the entire experience, with a clearly experienced, talented, friendly, and refreshingly competent agent. To say she went out of her way to design for me an excellent itinerary - fighting to keep my preferred dates and prices, making certain by the end I had the best possible itinerary with the least amount of stress, worry or time - would be a woefully inadequate understatement. I cannot be complimentary enough, grateful every step of the way for the exemplary quality of her service, attention and careful tending I experienced from our very first contact, beginning with her inquiries about my needs, all the way through her checking - again - to make sure all we planned was perfectly in place, precisely as I desired. I now know I am fully booked on flights going where I want to go, coming back when I wanted to return, and at the best possible price. I can easily tell you Ms. Monta Dannenberga is the primary reason I am confidently confirmed on a flight I only dreamed could happen. Because of her persistently masterful arrangements and investigations, I am now looking forward to a trip I didn't know could happen. And I cannot wait for my extended visit with a dear, beloved friend, in the heart of springtime, nestled among the abundantly emerald hills, lakes, rivers and forests of the rich, magical Irish countryside. I had extenuating circumstances. I was in Tokyo and Singapore when two scheduled cruises were cancelled due to the coronavirus. My issues with Topbusinessclass.com were 1) the time difference of 17 hours made it very difficult to contact anyone at TBC to help with rescheduling flights 2) I did not have international phone service so I had to rely on text and e-mail to contact and work with my TBC agent 3) because of the arrangement TBC has with the airlines, I was unable to change the booking to another flight with the same airline even though I could see there were seats available on the flight. I understand in retrospect the restrictions placed on me booking with a company like TBC, but again these were very unusual circumstances and most airlines were accommodating passengers requesting changes who were flying in and out of Asia at the time. Would I book with Topbusinessclass.com again? Probably because the amount saved vs. booking directly with the airline is substantial and the chances something like this would happen again are minimal. However, TBC might consider having a 24/7 contact in case of emergencies.

Caution to anyone who uses this company. They do not explain what they can and cannot do to their customers. They booked me and my family business class tickets to Europe and split the family under to different booking numbers. As a result, we could not reserve our tickets at the same time and we were not guaranteed tickets together. They also connected our first and middle names and refused to fix it which made the linking to frequent flyer number and check in difficult. Finally, the indicated that they could use our points to bring down the cost of the tickets and in the end were unable to do this. False promises and made my flight a huge hassle.
