I have been a customer of Top Business Class for some years. Initially I was very satisfied. I am still mostly satisfied though the service is not always as responsive as it used to be. I noticed that starting to change approximately 3 years ago. That said, reduced customer service is a trend in many aspects of the retail and travel industry. People and services are more app driven. Within that context, Top Bus Class is still a great supplier. Certainly the travel advisor who helped me knew what he was doing and the results I received were well worth the some extra communication efforts on my part.
