I am an 80 year-old woman who wasn't sure I could still fly to Europe and the Middle East. Leo's assistance made the process easy. He booked the long cross-continental segments in business class where I could fully stretch out and sleep. It was all arranged from my desk in the US. The only exception was between Tel Aviv and Frankfurt. Perhaps there was no other option. I will definitely seek his help with future long flight travels;I'm confident there will be more. He also assisted with the integration of my travel companion's flight from Madison with mine. Thanks to his patience and flexibility it worked out fine.

Easy to arrange overall tho Kim airlines did not honor request for wheelchair assistance more than once (we had 4 flights) & changed seats Amsterdam was tough. Without notice. Also lounge access was not what we would have wished. Our broker tried to help but it was a little frustrating. Also one leg of outbound travel was o. Smallest airbus made so it was practically economy seating except we were in row 1 bulkhead so that was disappointing.

Overall it was great. I saved nearly $6000 off the lowest fare I could find anywhere on the internet. The only thing I would have changed/preferred is knowing ahead of time that there are different booking confirmation numbers for the airline vs. your confirmation numbers. I had trouble getting seat assignments because of the confirmation numbers being different & b/c it was booked through you all & not the airline. In the end, after lots of time on hold w/ 2 airlines, I figured it out. Just would've been helpful if you all told us the best way to get seat assignments (what conf is needed, that we need to call & can't do it online, etc). Other than that I was super happy with the pricing & service!
