Although our bookings are for july of 20, our experience with TopBusinessClass representative Natasha were excellent. She did everything she could to satisfy our many requests and questions. Wish I knew about this service before I flew to Italy last year business class...paid way too much.
Andrey and Nick have been great. Look forward to working with them in the future for all personal and business travel.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Be patient while they research available airfares. It can take a few days until they find something that works for you. Not for you if you must have something today. What they find is as good or better than what you'll get from airlines or other travel websites. It's worth the wait.

This will be my second business-class trip, which I've booked for next month. The first time I traveled after purchasing a ticket from them (September 2018), I was able to get full mileage on my mileage card (Miles and More--Star Alliance group). However, for this trip I was told that I wouldn't be able to do that. After thinking about it, I regret having bought a ticket which did not give me mileage on my card. I do not know why--for future bookings (if any), I will be sure to only find one at the price and mileage acceptance of my card.
